I returned some faulty boots for the second time, the original order was just over a year old but the boots had only been worn 6/7 weeks. I e-mailed Equestrian Clearance and explained what had happened. They replied straight away asking for some photos of the faulty boots for their product team to see and comment on. I also needed proof of purchase which I e-mailed to their returns department. Within 24 hours of spending the photos and invoice they replied confirming that the boots were faulty and I can have an exchange.
I told them what I would like as a replacement. The new boots were packaged and dispatched Friday night and arrived here Monday morning.
Throughout the whole process the communication between us was very quick and efficient.
The new boots were a little cheaper than the original ones ordered, they are giving me a refund for the difference.

Ordered some long riding boots and they arrived a couple of days later. Unfortunately they didn't fit so I returned them. I spoke to a lady on the phone who was very polite and helpful. The courier picked them up the next day and money straight back into my account. Can't ask for better.

I have purchased several things from Equestrian Clearance and they have always been delivered promptly. Unfortunately, my last purchase was a pair of leather boots, which developed a fault just before Christmas. The boots themselves were lovely and I didn't want a refund, but there were no more available in my size.

When I phoned the people I spoke to were always friendly and polite, but I couldn't get any sensible answers out of them. There would always be a reason why they hadn't called me back. Eventually, I decided to call the distributors of the boots direct who arranged to take the boots back and deal with the problem for me.

All in all this was a very disappointing experience and it's unlikely I'll purchase from Equestrian Clearance again.
