Didn't get to buy anything !

Hi may I make a suggestion to change your address forms when customers are from Ireland .
!, We do not have post codes .
2,If we live in a rural area we don't have numbers or names on our houses .
3, My land line phone number only has 10 digits .I cant add another digit just so your red alerts dont pop up .
I would love to have bought a gift for my Grandson but alas your red alerts stopped me.

Awful Customer service

Few items ordered, emailed the following day asking for an item to be added onto my order. I received an email 2 days later confirming I could add an item on. NO other contact made. 7 days later I chased up my order, only to be told my order was sat in the office and hadn’t even been dispatched! No apology or explanation given. Even though I had expressed my urgency for the items as one was a birthday present, still took 2 days to be delivered. Boots arrived with a scratch down the back but as they had taken so long to process my order I didn’t have time to send them back. Sent a complaint email, promised a discount voucher for my next order. 2 weeks later have had to chase up the code, only to be offered 10% off my next order… more Insult than apology!!

DO NOT USE!

Absolutely stellar customer service!

There was an item in my order unexpectedly out of stock, and the customer service worked tirelessly to find me multiple alternatives to the item, pick one that would suit me and my budget, and adjust my order accordingly. As an international customer, I have always been pleased by their prompt delivery and attention to my orders, but this is above and beyond. I recommend this website to all my equestrian friends and will continue to purchase from them, often!

Perfect

I shop on-line all the time and I haven't found a better website than Equestrian.com before or since. Excellent service and the text alerts were brilliant, all my orders come before or within the time slot. I don't go anywhere else for my equestrian wear!

fabulous service. brilliant products!

I have used this company while I lived in the UK and always found then to be first class. very quick delivery and amazing quality goods at bargain prices!
I have since moved abroad and ordered from them again the parcel was a little late but they were brilliant in tracking and responding to my emails. it turns out we had a national holiday here in turkey and everywhere was closed for 3 days hence the late parcel. wouls happily give this company 6 stars!!!!

100% Perfect!

They were brilliant - ordered my items late on Saturday night and they arrived by courier half an hour ago. Everything was well packaged, all of the items that I had ordered were in the one consignment and I was amazed how fast the service was. The courier, DPD, was also excellent! Got several emails and texts to update me on the expected time and progress of the delivery so that I didn't have to stay in the house waiting for the driver to arrive and I wasn't worried about missing him. Superb. Would definitely recommend to everyone that I know.

Half-hearted customer service and I’m still chasing a postage refund for a faulty item two months later!

I placed an order with EC on 21.05.2014 and although the items arrived swiftly it was apparent that the Medium LeMieux Half Pad in Grey was faulty as it had loose stitching and excess thread work. I contacted EC customer services immediately by telephone and they recommended that I email images of the fault, which I did. After multiple tedious emails back and forth over several days, EC finally decided that they ‘could not see the fault’ and I had to pay to return the item for further inspection. This set me back £8.00 to send via Royal Mail. According to EC own Terms and Conditions ‘for faulty items or items sent in error your return postage will be reimbursed up to a value of £7.50’.

I never received any confirmation from EC that they had received the item back despite confirmation from Royal Mail that it had been delivered; it was only when I phoned them the following week to chase a replacement or refund that they finally acknowledged receipt of the returned goods and assured me that a replacement was to be dispatched the following day.

I have now received the replacement and it is satisfactory, I am however still chasing the postage refund, this together with the poor quality customer care that I have received has certainly tainted my experience of the company. Faulty items do happen but this whole experience has been laborious and unnecessary, it is in fact nearly two months since the original order and this is still ongoing!

I doubt that I will use EC in the future and I cannot in all honesty recommend them.

Great choice great prices!

I didn't know when I came to Canada that the choice of equestrian goods would be so limited.
With international shipping and good prices Equestrian.com has come to my rescue many times.
would wholeheartedly recommend to anyone wherever you live.

Not easy to place order

I have tried to place an order by iPhone. My first problem was your website said my postcode didn't exist so had to manually put in my address. I put my card details in and confirmed order - then nothing! No message saying my order was placed and no confirmation email. I logged out then logged in again and there are no items in my basket. Therefore unsure if my order (3 items) has been placed or not. I won't be using this website again.

Our website isn't optimised for phone or tablet use which can make it a little tricky to use on these devices; we do have a mobile site in the pipeline but new sites take time to develop and get right so it's a little way off yet.

Excellent service

Delivery came very quick (to Portugal). Staff were very friendly when I rang or emailed.
I love the website and the shipping costs are reasonable. I now have the whole yard hooked on your site, looking forward to receiving my next order :-)

Very disapointed

Harry Hall Windermere Wellington Boots - Ladies - I bought a pair of these boots in April in the chocolate . Imagine my disapointment when within they had split over the top of the toe area of the left boot! To make it worse it wasnt mid winter and I had worn them less than 5 times and only in my wash box bathing ponies as was dry outside so wearing my short boots to do the yard ! Am more than a little annoyed and has put me off ordering anymore Harry Hall products again which is a shame as worn their garments for a long time especially the wellingtons as they are so comfy and a good price .
