Excellent, speedy service!
Seeing the offer on facebook for the Ariat Volant boots, and as I already own a pair, I decided to purchase a spare pair. They arrived in perfect condition, two days after I placed the order, and the courrier text to say what time they would be there, so I didn't have to wait around all day. Excellent, will be shopping with this company again! And the boots are great! :-)

Great customer service
Ordered a pair of Harry Hall riding boots. Arrived within 2 days which was fantastic but unfortunately the boots had a slight scuff on them. Phoned them up and explained what was wrong. The girl asked me to forward a picture and forward it to their customer service dept. Received a nice apology and the offer of a swap-it solution. I was happy to accept this, and the new boots arrive on Monday or Tuesday. I am over the moon with this service and apart from the slight scuff the boots were really good quality.

Brilliant service, can't fault them!
I ordered two items for a new horse and two days after ordering I realised I had ordered the wrong sizes for both items! So I called and asked them to change the sizes of both items, which they did, and then it was delivered the next day, within the exact time slot they said it would! Very impressed!
Brilliant from start to finish
Ordered a riding hat Sunday evening, arrived Wednesday before 11am, replied promptly to an email I sent, friendly and approachable. Cheapest on the internet for my hat too :)
I thought I had got the wrong website...
After looking through the new look I must say that I was shocked at the price increases which came with the new website and name... I always have used equestrian clearence, have trusted the quality and the delivery that you can trust. However, the price increase I feel warrant a look round again...
Such a shame but over £5 increase on the same fly mask as last year is rather a lot when I have 11 horses.... I hope that equestrian.com will not be a victim of its own success. I bet this review is not up on the site.

Great customer service
Bought a riding hat from equestrian clearance. I phoned up for advice about fit and style. The lady on the phone was very knowledgable and helpful. I placed an order and the parcel arrived within a day. The courier service was excellent - I was able to track it online and was given a 1 hour delivery slot. Unfortunately the hat didnt quite fit as I wanted it to. I returned the parcel and was refunded without any quibbling or delay. Overall an excellent experience. I would not hesitate to order again.

I've never felt the need to review a company I've purchased from but buying from Equestrian.com was an absolute pleasure recently.
Ordering was quick and simple and the information you're provided with in terms of your delivery is fantastic; I knew exactly where my order was at all times and could even change the place/date to suit my requirements.
Plus! Despite the boots I had ordered being clearly described as seconds they are faultless (I already own a battered pair so I knew what I was receiving) they fit perfectly and I will once more have dry, warm feet at the yard!
I highly recommend this great website to others wanting to spoil themselves and/their horse.

Great range of products, delivery is always very prompt and the website is easy to navigate. The customer service is excellent, if ever there has been a problem with my order, the team have replied to my email within 24 hours and always go the extra mile to get things sorted quickly and promptly. Equestrian Clearance are great, the website is user friendly and they deliver to New Zealand! I've never had to wait long to get my stuff and it's always well packaged. It's the first place I look when I need any gear for the horses or me.

I recently made a mistake when ordering and ordered one extra of an item. All it took was one email to get sorted, accredit raised and order amended before the good were even dispatched. This is great because when in your Australia to get something retuned can be expensive. Have brought heaps of horse gear and I have never been disappointed.

Excellent Service
Ordered 2 fly rugs and some jodhpurs, order date 6th March delivery to my home in Central France 12th March. The order only took 5 working days to reach me. The cost of the delivery to Europe is very good. This was the third time that I have ordered from Equestrian Clearance and I have been very satisfied with their service.
When I telephoned to check on rug sizing I spoke to a helpful and cheery person.
Will recommend to my friends.
