An expensive investment but great product

Coat is amazing love it!! but had to send first one back as size was not right and that costs alot and that was with following the size guide on website, so I think they could maybe make that clearer by also adding measurements? Also because I has then brought from you and opted for the 150 pounds to be store credit, for when I brought the next size one I even brought the more expensive one too, it made me pay for the postage again. I think that was a bit cheeky considering it's ment free. So trick is definitely get the right size the first time. But best coat I own that's for sure I love it!

Absolutely love my Equidry Evolution All Rounder. It was not the colour I originally ordered but due to circumstances beyond control I was sent out an olive green and grey one and it arrived on Saturday which was a very wet and cold day so couldn’t have come at a better time . Feeling warm and toasty and looking stylish more than fitted the bill. Looking forward to going riding in it. The only thing I was surprised about is that it does not have a hook inside the collar area for hanging up but apart from that minor detail I couldn’t fault it. THANKYOU Adam for sorting it out. Much appreciated and it came the very next day I am happy 😃 to say 🤩*****

The coat itself is very warm and comfortable, however when it arrived the waterproof zip was broken and didn’t close. I contacted equidry and they offered to exchange, so I did this and it took a week to send off and have a new one returned. However this coat also had the same issue! Again I was able to exchange for another one and the return process took another week which I was left with out a coat (as stupidly chucked my old one!). The new 3rd coat arrived but unfortunately had the same issue yet again, it was clear there was an issue with the batch so I asked to exchange with a different model however I had no response from my emails. I then called equidry and the call handler was very apologetic about what had happened so far however advised I couldn’t exchange for anything else as everything is out of stock (just unfortunate timing). Since then I have sent 3 more emails as I had agreed to return for a refund but I have since not heard from equidry and have not received a returns label. I did email asking if a partial refund could be made so that I can get the coat fixed but I haven’t had any further response? So I guess I’ll be keeping the broken coat as I’m not getting any further contact! It’s a shame because I really do like the coat but for the amount paid I would have liked one that wasn’t faulty.

I would love to give this coat (allrounder) 10/10 but it falls short on two points.

When putting the coat on, the left sleeve lining pulls through and shows as an orange cuff.

I believe at £169.99 a coat should come with a way to hang it on a coat hook! There is no loop in the back of the coat for hanging, I have to hang the coat by the hood.

You may need to order one size smaller than you would expect as the coat fit is extremely generous.

I can only say good things about equidry I've had two coats and two caps from them in last 6months last order was Saturday 25th Nov and it arrived before 11am today Monday the 27th any time I've emailed them they get back to you as soon as they can usually same day I'm very happy with my all-rounder coat lovely and cosy will definitely be a return customer thank you Becca for 100% customer service .
