I honestly can't remember the last time I was so impressed with the services of a company. This is the third time in my life that I have needed to carry out what for me is a huge print job. The first 2 times, I was acting on my own and I encountered all sorts of problems. This time I contacted Equipment rental and Sales Ltd and it was a complete breeze. They gave me suggestions as to how best to proceed and the customer care was friendly and efficient - they really went the extra mile.

Equipment rentals have been really helpful. After an experience trying to buy a second hand photocopier elsewhere, which was really problematic (huge maintenance costs) I spoke to Equipment rentals for advice and decided instead to rent from them. That was almost 2 years ago now, and I’m really happy with the service I’ve received. Installation was seamless, and they even helped move the equipment when I moved. I work in the creative field so I use it as a scanner and copier, as it really suits fast idea development. They have always been excellent with contact, and quick to respond to any toner/maintenance questions with a friendly manner. Regarding value for money it’s worked out really fairly, and costs less than if I went elsewhere or tried to get the same equipment myself. I highly recommend.

Over the past month a problematic plotter has been a distraction to say the least but with the help from Louise & Michael, this has been eased.
they have been quick to come back with solutions and their willingness to help us get back up and running has been so very much appreciated.

From the very first contact, the service was brilliant. The team gave us plenty of initial advice to match the printers to our needs, and the pricing was transparent and great value too. The printers themselves were in great condition and, on the very rare occasion that there was a problem, the service team were super, even for tiny problems that could be sorted over the phone. Delivery/collection were on time and well communicated. The whole team are friendly, helpful and very accommodating, and I genuinely couldn’t fault them; this company is my first port of call for short term printer hire.
