Great amenities (fitness center, laundry, roof top )

The local staff are wonderful and incredibly helpful. The corporate office is stingy and lies about how they set room rates. Every year when it is time to renew, they raise the rent by more than market rates. You literally have to fight with them for every dollar back toward something reasonable.

I have been with SKYLINE since July 2007. I thoroughly enjoy my living situation. After many years in the United States Navy (over 30) I am accustomed to seeing people from all over the world. It's a great comfort to see the people of the world who live at SKYLINE. The service here is outstanding and accommodating! After all these years I'm still happy with the service that Equity Residential consistently provides.

As I approach my one-year anniversary, I have no major complaints. I have a few minor observations: 1) The building is beginning to show its age in certain areas (carpets along the hallways need cleaning, the finishes on each apartment door need to be re-done; touch-up paint in certain areas, etc) 2) The outside area of the building area could be a little more attractive with more flowers and grass 3) Since this building has a fair amount of dogs, I wish maintenance could wash (power wash) the entries and sidewalk around the building.

Great amenities and plenty of parking for guests but VERY expensive. Also a lot of smoking resident who smoke right outside the facility.

Thick walls. Beautiful views. Modern and home-y. It's small, but when I was looking for apartments I read a review that said: "it reminds me of Tokyo", and I love that style of living. Buy a few plants, decorate vertically, and you'll find yourself a wonderful home. (For Three20 Apartments)

Regarding Equity, they're good. I wish our admins were here more often (they're not here on Sundays, and packages often get stored away so you have to wait until Monday). Additionally, they have short hours (standard working hours however if you commute, you often leave before they arrive and you come back after they leave.) Nonetheless, they're very friendly and go above and beyond to provide the best experience that they can.

I would not hesitate for a second to recommend Equity Residential.

Great place to live!

I've had a great experience in the short time I've lived here. The sales office team is friendly and upbeat. They know many tenants by name. It's always clean and it's quiet here.

Great employees and great service. I would highly recommend them.

Nothing but good things to say! it has been very easy to work with everyone and I appreciate all the extra touches, such as the dog bones, candy, occasional snacks, cooking class, clean floors, and warm hellos.

Living here is very nice. The concierge staff is excellent and maintenance is extremely responsive. Management is easy to work with.

Before signing the lease we asked the leasing agent about the reviews online in regards to roaches and mice. We were reassured this has been taken care of. Before moving in I did the final walk through with the leasing agent and there were roaches in the kitchen sink. I was assured this would be addressed before moving in. The entire time we have lived here we have had issues with pests. Now we have a mouse that comes into our kitchen. We have put many work orders in and it is not being resolved. This is an unsanitary apartment building and the management doesn’t care about their residents they only care about the rent.

I've had no issues and been treated well by building management.

I have lived here for almost one year and have absolutely no complaints. The staff (I deal primarily with Kristen, and sometimes Zak when Kristen has a day off) are very cordial always and the maintenance crew goes above and beyond to handle any problems you may encounter in your apartment. Paul and Ivan are the best. If any maintenance is going to be done in the building, an email will always be sent out to notify the residents. Very wonderful place to live.

Beautiful spacious apartment surrounded by lovely well kept environment . Staff at every level is professional, friendly and looking make your living here great.

Honestly it was a fairly simple process from start to finish. I had a few hiccups with my lease date because having to secure the monthly rental rate & apparently waiting makes it go up & moving in is very pricey but in terms of the actual apartment, I've had only minor issues (like not getting notifications about packages being delivered, termites & little critters) but overall, I think they're fine to deal with. It's easy to pay your rent & the apartment itself is beautiful & even with security, they mostly leave you alone and let you do what you wish with your space.
