I love living living at Th Oaks. The staff and crew are great. The facility is beautiful, and it a quiet neighborhood.

The staff is professional, helpful, friendly and responsive. I’m very satisfied with the team.

I really like living in this apartment complex. The staff is very helpful and kind. I wish they would replace the oldest elevator, rather than just repairing it every month when it inevitably breaks down, but that's my only negative thing to say. I have always felt safe here, and the grounds are clean.

Staff are friendly and attentive. Grounds are kept well in spite of tenants (I.e trash). The tenant notification for arrived packages is a plus, as is the option to have a guest pass left after hours if an email is sent (and they are available).

There have been some issues with the front gates being left open for days on end as well as there’s no real control over guest parking.

Have been very pleased overall experience - finding a unit that met our needs, move in logistics, cleanliness and maintenance of unit, online access to staff, billing transparency, front desk capability, and continue focus on improving tenant services (automated store, local vendors introductions etc). Bria has been outstanding in her service here.

Highly recommend this place for folks looking for apartments in SF.

I haven’t had the need for much interaction with the facility management, but my most recent (seemingly reasonable) request went unfulfilled. For the amount of money I pay for this place, I expect service to be better. Management is friendly and responsive, but in the end, wasn’t any help. That’s disappointing.

I love the community, but need more maintenance support. However, I wish there were an adequate number of maintenance staff to fill orders in a reasonable amount of time. This is the slowest maintenance staff I've ever had as an apartment tenant, and I think this is only because they are short staffed. Otherwise, the concierge and everyone else has been great! The facilities are clean and I like our apartment.

I dont like that tenants cant control the room temperature. I did not like that the pool is not open all year around or at least longer than just the summer.

Great communication, ease of payment, and advertising events for residents. It makes living in the apartment complex a great experience.

The office made the renewal a pleasant experience. Everything was done very smoothly..

Overall I’m happy with the location and space of the townhome, however I feel liked there should be designated parking for the townhome section of the garage. Parking is bad here.

I’ve been living in one of their properties for 5 years now. I can see management improving over the years. The staff they have currently is one of the best they’ve ever had, very welcoming, nice, positive and willing to help/listen. I only wish the company would invest into older properties to bring them up to their standards of other newer ones, example is electric car chargers in garages.

Please avoid this apprtmet as all cost. They have very rude stuff and charge you for parking. They will tow your guest car before the allowd time and act like they don’t know anything and they have nothing to do with it. I regret moving here before my first month and still do. I can’t wait to move out. You don’t believe me? Come and see it yourself.

Service response is always timely and complete. Ongoing maintenance and gardening is good, except landscape lighting has never been repaired or maintained. Many lights disconnected, facing the wrong way, on during the day, off at night, bulbs out, etc. Landscape contractor should have reported this long ago. We came here in July 2017 and this condition existed then, and now.
