Guy came to the house in person three times (my mother is 88 and bed-bound) - not only was he incredibly patient, well informed and professional, each time a problem arose he went above and beyond to resolve it.

He is a brilliant, empathetic communicator and an absolute pleasure to work with.

I was wary of Equity Release but Guy was absolutely brilliant at allaying our worries. He explained everything very clearly and in detail so that we knew exactly what was entailed. He travelled a long way to see us on two occasions and organised the process of dealing with lenders, surveyors and solicitors very efficiently. We were surprised how quickly everything went through. As an ex-teacher, I award full marks!
