It took the goods nearly 2 weeks to…
It took the goods nearly 2 weeks to arrive. When it did, it was faulty. Was returned for a refund. Refund was requested and goods returned on 1st Nov and It's now 19th with no refund. I've logged a dispute with my bank who refunded me and the response to this was 'OK Glad you got it sorted'. No excuse for this kind of service these days. Clearly don't care about customers or the business. I'm sure bank Disputes do more harm than good to a company like that

Made an order on 29 Oct and still haven't received the item, even after it was detailed in stock on the website! After chasing twice, they had admitted there were issues with the stock on the overflow warehouse and that my item should arrive with them shortly and that my item will be shipped immediately as it's classed as a priority. That was on the 14th Nov and still nothing.

Would give this company a minus if this was available. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, you will not receive your goods. They do not respond to emails or online correspondence and there is no phone number. They take your money immediately and then you hear nothing. I am in process of going through charge back with my bank. No sign of the Christmas present I ordered and no update on my order.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS! Ordered a rug on the 7th Oct. Had to chase it up 3 weeks later to be told it’s out of stock. Customer service is so unhelpful asked if I could be sent an alternative, they were not able to do this. Will definitely not be using again!!

Posted 17/11/24 Is this the only way to get a response from this company? Ordered a Christmas present for my granddaughter on 28/10. Followed up with email asking about order last week; no response.

I will definitely not use this company again. I placed an order on 26th September. I have received 2 out of the 3 items but 1 item still hasn’t arrived.
I received a response from my email saying that they would contact the purchasing manager for a dispatch ETA & be back in touch as soon a received a response.... I am yet to receive that response over 2 weeks later.

Absolutely hopeless, ordered and paid for a turnout rug 26/10/24, it’s now 3 weeks later, having chased numerous times with hardly any response to communications routes used, messenger, email etc I would advise people to avoid this company.

Awful. Will never order from here again. Placed an order on the 13th October. Had to chase up updates from them. No contact initiated by them at all.

1 star is far too much. Totally useless order placed 28th October still hasn’t arrived … part shipped and when I asked there it was they advised delicered 11/7 this was a totally different delivery that arrived in July not November. They don’t reply to emails haven’t refunded or sent out my item. Really really bad if you read their Instagram many others complaining about the same issues. Avoid.

Order placed and paid. After three weeks they still haven’t posted order and fail to respond to emails. Seems to be a total scam of a company with so many negative reviews with people having the same issue of not receiving the goods they have paid for.

Appalling service. Ordered an item on 12th October. Waited the 10 days it said it would take to dispatch before contacting them via email. No response so contacted through their contact form on 31st October. Received a response saying there was an issue with transport from an overflow warehouse and my item was on a priority list to be sent. On 11th November contacted them again, no response except for an email confirming my refund request (I did not request a refund). The refund is only for the cost of the item and not the post and packaging for the item. No communication and no attempt to try to resolve this issue.

They don't send the goods for weeks, or just don't send the goods at all! They do not respond to emails. Look at comments on their Facebook page, everyone saying the same thing, goods don't arrive, and they don't respond to any communication.
Won't be dealing with them again
I ordered 3 dog coats. Their order process advises allowing 10 working days for despatch. After 10 working days I contacted them to ask if they had been sent. They apologised and gave an excuse of problems in their warehouse. I waited a further 8 working days and contacted them again giving them a further 48hrs otherwise requesting a refund. It took them another 5 working days to reply to tell me they had arranged a refund. Although one email suggested 5 days for my refund, their standard email told me it could take up to 14 days. If that is the case they will have had my money for 7 weeks!! Makes you wonder if this is some sort of deliberate thing, particularly as their website still shows 17 available!
12 days and not received my order
12 days and not received my order. It was for my daughters 16th birthday. I have emailed them and despite prompting no response. Shocking customer service and would NOT recommend. Looks like it's a lottery as to whether you receive your goods. As such As its her birthday tomorrow she won't have a gift to open in the morning.
I will NEVER use Equus again.
Update 5th December
I have managed to get some emails replies since my last review, the first promising a refund. The second email replied to my query of why the money hadn't been returned to my bank account. Apparently they have been having trouble with PayPal so I needed to wait for them to sort it out. They didn't say how long to wait........
Two weeks later.... I am going to the small claims court.
I have just bought my first horse and was very excited to be purchasing all the extra gubbins that goes alongside this. Needless to say that involves a lot of money. Trying to save a bit of cash, I opted for Equus as their prices did seem quite reasonable. There's a reason for that. You pay money, but never receive your items!!!!
I ordered my items on 12/10/24, and to be fair, some of the order has arrived.
It does say that you need to wait up to 10 days for dispatch, so the lovely people at my horses stable have been allowing me to borrow all their kit while I wait.
I have had one reply from Natasha in customer services telling me to wait 10 "working" days.
These have now come and gone and still no sign of my items.
I have emailed Natasha twice more in the past days, but no response.
My order number is 24274, by the way, in case anyone from Equus ever reads this.

I had to go to a local shop, buy a headcollar and a few brushes just so I could clean him and take him to the field. MORE MONEY that I've already spent!!!

Ordered a horse rug order no 25106 and received nothing, had confirmation email but nothing further.
I have trieed to contact them on "contact us' but nothing back. Also no telephone number. Lots on facebook that I have now seen about company being in liquidation.
