Ordered fencing pins at a great price. Unfortunately not all of them arrived (they might have been left on the van due to the packaging) . After contacting customer service the problem was resolved really quickly via email, and the remainder of the order was delivered in less than 24 hours. Thank you!

I found the communication very good, and the items was delivered very quickly. I am also please to say it arrived in good condition as it was a galvanised large wheel barrow, which understandably had no packaging.

Ordered a wheel barrow I had been looking for from Eracco. Overall an extremely positive experience, for the following reasons.

It was almost £60 cheaper than it was from a specialised wheelbarrow web site.

Delivery by DX couriers (26 hours after the order was placed) was free as the item was over £75

Updates from Eracco and after service were first class. The only slight issue I had was accessing the introductory 10% discount which was resolved in less than 5 minutes by Rosie after sending an e-mail.

So what's not to like? The 4.8 Trust pilot reviews are fully deserved.

I have received my 10ltr hot water urn
I have not used it yet as it was bought for my 70th b day afternoon tea
garden so it's not been tried yet but in sure it.ll be perfect for the occasion.
