As a first-time property investor, their are several doubts/questions in one's mind - Will Kettel was able to touch upon these with no hesitation and was available practically 24/7 for any concerns I had.

Unfortunately I could not close the investment but I highly recommend ERE for any property investor, Will and the CEO himself are genuine professionals who will make the process very experience-agnostic.

I will definitely be in touch with ERE for the future.

We have been at our property since December and during this very short period we have had so many problems it is untrue! Nothing is there responsibility. Any issues have to be sent to block management. All ERE do is chase these, and not very often I might add! It was deemed suitable for us to be left with water pouring through brickwork, running down the inside of the windows, having a room We can't use due to previous leak damage from an upstairs apartment and 8 weeks of waiting for jnsurance to be sorted?? An absolute joke. I'm sure they wouldn't live in these conditions and put up with it but we have to, all whilst paying full rent and having the apartment over run with silver fish as this is so damp. Will not give us our landlords email address. We are just left to put up with it. Desperately trying to get out of our contract and will never rent with ERE again!!!!!

I have had no problems dealing with this letting agency and always get a prompt response to any questions. Megan has been very helpful, especially over the last few weeks - Thank you. I've rented with ERE Property for over a year and would certainly recommend them.

Worked with Robert Medd and Sharon Barlow in a couple of transactions recently. Both were extremely helpful and knowledgeable. In particular, Sharon was super responsive and great at following up and keeping things to the schedule - and where issues arose, she was a real help in managing the counterparties and making sure nothing derailed the process. Having a Sales Progressor assist with coordinating all the elements of the deal was a real benefit and made the whole process both easy and pleasant.

Throughout covid I’ve had many money struggles and Jade as always ensured to treat the situation fairly with alot of consideration in such a hard time.
