Sharon is fantastic! She follows up on every step making sure all loose ends are tied timely. She’ll advise me any information I may have missed; both for understanding the process to providing the legal group. She’ll take extra steps working with the legal team and/or master agent as needed.

I was nearing the end of my tenancy contract and wished to extend it for a few more months. Megan Grayston from ERE Property helped me set up a flexible periodic tenancy contract over email without any further paper. Truly efficient!

Having been a renter for the past 10 years, I must say no other agency has come close to how efficient and nice ERE as a whole and Megan Grayston in particular! I think Megan is efficient and she explained things to me thoroughly when I have doubt. She is prompt and will send me an interim reply if she needs time to sort out matters.

I sent my enquiry via an online enquiry and received prompt reply from James Kettel. James was very patient and presented me just what I needed, not pushy nor hard selling at all. Being an inexperienced investor, he made everything simple and utterly transparent for me. Though in the end we did not pursue due to personal reasons, I wouldn’t hesitate to work with James again, hopefully in the near future.

ERE have been outstanding in providing me with support up to my recent exchange of contract on my first investment property with them. I approached ERE to find good opportunities to invest in properties. I must stress that I am not an easy client. As a relatively inexperienced investor I check and re-check every detail multiple times, before committing to anything. Initially Jonathan and then Sharon were extremely patient and supportive in the whole process and I never felt pressured to make a decision. I have now exchanged with my first property sourced by ERE, time will tell to which extent the predicted returns will materilise, I will then come back hoping to add the fifth star to this review.

ERE are a landlords agent who care more about money and the landlord than they do about the safety and well-being of their tenants.

After 5 months of living with water ingress which affected the electrics and our physical health, we finally had enough and called Environmental Health who demanded an electrician attend the property. He subsequently informed ERE that the electrics were not safe and the property should not be lived in.

Out of spite, ERE then requested that we leave the property with 24-48hrs notice and only decided to back down once they realised I had actually read my tenancy agreement and understood my rights.

Diabolical and rude staff, well and truly incompetent. Avoid at all costs.

Really great help from both Ewan and Tanya. Ewan went to great lengths this to help us get our flat sorted, fast responses, very helpful. Tanya set out the next steps very easily and informatively. Great help from both!:)
