It was really good choose, finally found chair that supports my back perfectly, reasonable prices

Such a great chair. The only one I found that really supports my lower back with high quality material.

Overrated chair. I had heard that this was considered an amazing, ergonomic yet comfortable chair for the price but it really just feels like a knockoff of the real thing and is overpriced for what you get. I’d recommend spending a little more for a more reputable brand.

I did not get what I ordered. I wanted, ordered and paid for a chair with leg rest. I got a plain chair. After complaining, I got a partial refund, but it’s an ordinary chair I could have bought for less (after the refund) at Target. I do appreciate the partial refund, it was prompt and pleasant. But I’m not in love with the chair.

Delivery was quick, and Chair was impressive. I thought the Coasters could've been of better quality. Yet, overall the Chair was very comfortable

Easy to assemble, arrived in good order and with all components (+spare). Sturdy enough and comfortable for a smaller frame person.

I bought three different color Ergochairs and everything has been great. The only exception is my pink pillow that vibrates does not work anymore. Otherwise your company is really on the ball. my son and roommate love them.

A bit squeaky after 3 months or so..But good quality, and comfort!

The chair arrived with the adjustable back support broken, and I strongly suspect that this had been returned by a previous purchaser after he/she damaged it. I believe that Ergochair did not realize that the chair was damaged, and proceeded to resell it to me.
I found the chair usable in spite of the damage, and we negotiated for a suitable partial refund, which Ergochair promptly credited back to my credit card.
The reason for my 3-sar review is that I think that Ergochair should not have fulfilled an order for a new item with one that was previously sold and returned.

I found chair uncomfortable for me. When I asked about return I was told 40% will be deducted from refund.

Fantastic chair at an unbelievable price! After almost a year of working from home, I wanted an ergonomic mesh chair, with arms and head support. This chair checks all the boxes! And at $180 the price can't be beat.

EDIT: I experienced shipping issues with Ergochair but their customer service has helped explain the issue & they say they will try sending a different one. Still only giving 4 stars because I can't review the product & the experience has been somewhat frustrating (but understandable).
