Get your forever chairs from this team. Totally comfortable. Highly configurable. Mine developed a wobble after 9 years and it's now rock solid again. If you like the idea of a completely serviceable office chair, a wide range of spares with exemplary service including video walkthroughs and customer support with a direct line to the engineering team then this is the product for you. Seat pops up like a car bonnet for unhindered access to lift and adjustment mechanisms. If you can service a bicycle, you can service this thing. Bought it in 2016 and it's indistinguishable from brand new. No visible wear on armrests and seat fabric. Absolute gold standard for engineering and service.

Brilliant experience with ergohuman.net, I needed some new castors for my Mirus chair but didn't know which ones would fit my chair. I rang ergohuman.net and they said they would send me an email so that I could send them a photo of my chair, I did this and received an email back promptly with a link to the correct castors for my chair. I immediately ordered them, I was told they were out of stock, but should be back in stock within 10 days and they would keep me informed, which they did. I received them yesterday and fitted them easily using the instructions I had been sent via email. Only took 5 minutes to fit them and my chair is back in full working order now. The whole process from ordering the new castors to delivery was very easy and flawless. I fully recommend ergohuman.net.

Great customer service! I wasn't sure exactly which casters I needed for my chair. Ergohuman asked for pictures and identified the chair. Unfortunately the product I needed was out of stock but they proactively contacted me when it was available and held a set. Delivery has been seemless and they even mailed to confirm receipt. Better than 5*!

Exceptional customer service - what a great company to deal with!

I have a very old chair that needed the armrest cushions replaced. Ergohuman managed to find and send me the last available replacements in Europe to ensure years more comfort using my original Ergohuman leather office chair!
I can only assume that someone found them in a dark forgotten corner of their warehouse!

I was worried about ordering the wrong wheels for my chair Caroline messaged me after I placed my order for pictures of my chair to make sure the correct wheels were sent.

Iain then confirmed delivery and followed up to make sure they were delivered successfully.

Would highly recommend and will use them again in the future.

I got a call to make sure I ordered the right part so that I didn't end up wasting my time. I also informed them that I was having issues removing the old gas cylinder from the chair and they were kind enough to give me tips and send me videos on how I should go about removing it from my chair.
After receiving my order they checked to make sure that I got it and that it worked as intended.
Thanks to these guys my 11 year old chair lives on.

I ordered replacement casters/wheels for an old Ergohuman office chair of my son and the customer service team triple checked before sending the order, ensuring I am happy with what they will send, making sure they fit, ensuring that the timeline works etc. They also followed up after the delivery to ensure I was happy. Brilliant guys. Would love to get that kind of empathy and concern by the customer service team with every other store I am using on the internet.

We purchased 2 chairs over 5 years ago and they are still great after heavy daily use for Working from home and gaming.
We recently needed to replace the armrests on one (our damage, not the fault of the chair or manufacturers). Service was outstanding. They ensured that we had the correct replacement part for our style of chairs and they arrived the next day.

Following a broken part on my office chair, even though I was just a private individual, I was able to have a real discussion with the after-sales service, who accompanied me to answer all my questions. Then, once the order was placed, I was once again accompanied through every stage of the delivery process. I even received a message to make me aware of the assembly and the precautions to be taken. The delivery went off without a hitch, even though it was made 2 days ahead of schedule. The FEDEX driver found a secure solution to drop off my parcel even though I was away from home. Finally, I'm very happy with my rather top-of-the-range office chair, which after 6 years still looks great and feels very comfortable :-)

I've been hearing amazing things about Ergohuman's chairs for quite some time, and I'm delighted to say that I've not been disappointed. I ordered the Ergohuman Elite.

Every part of the process has been exceptional. Placing an order was really simple, and Iain & Caroline were in touch within only a couple of hours confirming when my chair could be delivered.

I'm new to the world of ergonomic chairs and also visually impaired, so I was worried that I might find the setup process difficult, but I couldn't have been more wrong. Iain & Caroline provided me with digital copies of their setup instructions and manual (without me even having to ask - they just realised that they might be useful for me!). When the chair arrived, it was boxed brilliantly (with everything well protected and clearly set out), and the building process took me about 10 minutes. From the minute that I touched the first part of the chair, I could tell that it had been assembled with great care and attention to detail.

I had a few questions about the optimal usage of my chair, so I gave Caroline a ring. She picked up pretty much immediately, and was unbelievably helpful (later following up with me via e-mail).

Not only is this hands down the most comfortable chair that I have ever sat in (beating the likes of the HM Aeron, which I often use in recording studios), but it's certainly also the best customer experience that I have ever had. You can really tell that the team cares about what they do! Furthermore, the chair itself is beautiful - a work of art...

From start to finish a brilliant experience.

We had a chair that broke a bolt after around 10 years of daily use and decided the time was right to get a new chair of the same make due to how comfortable the original was. The user is particularly tall so Caroline made sure that the chair was suitable, including shipping an extended gas canister plus an additional base. She also shipped a replacement bolt for the old chair as well.

Excellent product, well worth the money, and excellent customer service.
