Confusing Order and Tracking Process
The order was confusing because the payment is not part of the initial ordering process. I sent a wire transfer minutes after placing the order and received an email the next day that had the status as waiting for payment, when it had already been completed the previous day. I sent an email and the payment was processed but then checking the tracking number was difficult because it was only in French. I received the package but I could never find out when the expected delivery date was. Otherwise, I'm happy with the product.

Thank you for your review. We are happy you are satisfied with the carrier. It is true that if you choose the bank wire payment it is not a part of the initial ordering process. You received an email with a reminder the next day as the payment was not yet visible on our account. I am surprised however you had a problem with the tracking. All is set in English. We will contact DPD to find out what went wrong with your trucking link. Once again thank you for your valuable input.
