Delivery is Late, Received the Packinging in damaged condition
To begin with, the shipment was significantly delayed — it was left in China for several days. Despite my repeated follow-ups with customer service, there was little progress or clear communication. It took 16 days for the prayer mat to arrive in Canada, which is far from the express service I expected.
When I finally received the package today, the product was damaged, and there was tape applied to it, which was extremely disappointing. Furthermore, the shipping label clearly indicated 'standard' rather than 'express,' which contradicts what was advertised.
Unfortunately, I am not satisfied with the product condition, delivery experience, or overall service. If you're ordering from Canada, please be aware of the potential delay and think carefully before placing your order.

Good Communication, resolution of issue outstanding
I experienced delivery issues with ERGOSALAH, and while the situation has yet to be fully resolved, I want to acknowledge the team’s effort in trying to address it. I have not yet received either the product or a refund (I would’ve preferred the product), but I appreciate that the team was responsive and seemed to genuinely care about the outcome.
They have been very kind to refund despite the fact that it was an issue with the Imile delivery company. I understand that delivery issues can sometimes be outside of a seller’s control, but I believe customers should still be supported throughout the process and they stood by their product amd the consumer.
Thank you to the team for their communication and for providing a solution tot he problem.
