I was making my ordered for a qinux…

I was making my ordered for a qinux ergozen pillow that was half price in a sale. When I was going onto PayPal to pay the £49 when i noticed the price had increased by £9 to £58. so went back & aborted this purchase..
Later that day I tried again & noticed there was an insurance on it that I did not want so unchecked the box. Then I got a message saying I had already made this order???
So I emailed them straight away to ask for the £9 insurance to be refunded as I did not want it. No reply but the pillow did arrive. I messaged them again about the price as no reply & finally got an answer, but they have no record of my message. Say they sent out my order. But don't want to help.
The pillow itself was not what I expected, a lot smaller then I thought it would be & not something I would recommend at all... be very careful when using this website..
