Ordered 3 Sabers: 2 arrived fine the 3rd missing all the electrical components within the hilt ( so an empty hilt). Have emailed the company many times have not received a response. I have now sent the saber with the missing parts back and requesting a refund (with tracking so I know it has been received) and not received any communication back.

Met them at megacon, very nice guys wanted a lightsaber for years, lots of help defiantly buy some stuff from them if you get the chance

Everything is great. Only issue was no tracking until ups received and not really an issue just didn't know when would be delivered

I ordered a saber from them it was an empty hilt luke ep 6 and it has arrived completely different from what the photo had shown when I bought it colours are off and there’s a button that want on the photo, I’m waiting and hoping for a response so that I can receive a refund and send it back.

Though communication and time table was somewhat iffy.... the sabre hilt is absolutely top quality and would continue to order from here if and when I can.

Got Hans blaster, great looking model to paint and build and came in good time

Update: 31/07 i received my package. Which is awesome. It worked perfectly for my wedding. Thanks for an awesome product, but a terrible time of delivery and a bad handling of customer service.

Critical customer service - still waiting for order since 11 April.

I ordered a Mandalorian Armor 11 April and i still haven't received it, even though production time was less than a month i'm still waiting after 3 almost months. Its part of our wedding plans and as of now i'm very worried that we'll have to change the plans.

One thing is that i haven't received the product almost 3 months after purchase. Yes, i've already paid for the product. Another issue is that the communication is almost gone. I've asked several times for an expected dispatch date and a reason for the delay. Close to nothing in return. I got a message that dispatch would be in June, but so far nothing has happened. I haven't receiver any communication indicating such.

The comms were fine when i wanted to order and had questions about the product, but now its just imbarrasing.

I'm still hoping to get the product and really crossing my fingers for its bas ass, but for now i'm just disappointed!

Please help me..

Website was easy to use, gave out discounts for basically nothing and then more for making a purchase. Great company, quality product.

Really enjoyed the mystery box and we got some lovely sabers for our wedding.

we are going to buy some parts to customise them further later down the line, but straight out of the box they are awesome.

Ordered a battery for my lightsaber. It arrived a little later than expected, but I have nothing bad to say besides that

Good sabers. Obiwan saber blade was thicker than the others. But still took well over a month to arrive

Ordered a lightsaber over one month ago for my fiancés birthday - said eta would be 2 weeks and I paid for express shipping for after the item was ready.
Over 4 weeks has gone by, zero updates, have tried calling multiple times with no answer, emailed but no response. Spent over £200 and no clue what has happened to it or if it is ever getting delivered.
His birthday is now passed and if I could cancel the order and purchase from somewhere else I would.

Great variety of products across all price ranges. Website is easy to navigate.

Lightsaber broke after day one, none of the tools sent with it fit so had to buy new tools, customer service was shocking - tried emailing them twice and never got a response. Lightsaber still broken with no way of fixing it even with the right tools

Ordered a printed DL-44 blaster. Arrived 4 weeks after order. Fine, it was a May 4th order so assumed they were busy. Print quality was very good, barring some areas I could not remove the print raft from and the main issue, I was sent 2 right side handle grip pieces innstead of a left and right. I emailed 30 May, got no response. Messaged on FB 4 June, got a reply same day saying they would "chase it up", still nothing a week later.

Got a email response today 10 June, 10 days after initial contact, to say replacement is "under production" and will be sent asap.

I understand its small team, but it doesn't take much to responded to an email or Facebook message, especially when a mistake has been made. Small businesses are made or broken by customer experience.

Amazing service and had such fun building my lightsaber. I'm still going through the settings, I love the variety!
