Superb. Was a gift for my son. He’s thrilled at how Star Wars like it is - complete with the sound

ES were great, quick delivery at a decent price. They do use UPS which are not great as they can never keep to their delivery times though.

Arrived really quickly instructions are a bit awkward but app makes up for it. Had a issue customer service was very helpful they said they'd return my saber with a new cable and battery but they did not. The saber base came but no battery or cabel

I've bought a number of blasters from ES Sabers now. The E-11 was my latest. The product quality is always excellent. After putting the parts together with some ease, I've then removed print lines (not too bad) and painted etc. The customer service is excellent. Lots of updates on progress and very responsive to queries etc.

Love the replacement saber blade I purchased, quick to deliver purchased again from buyer. Quality items. No issues at all.

IT WAS REALLY amazing and i mean it i got it for my boyfriens as a gift and it was possibly gonna arrive late but i emailed the person i talked through via email was super nice and when it came for my boyfriend i fell inlove with it too its super cool im debating now getting myself one and the quality super amazing jeez not even joking or lying it has some weight and its just so amazing

Absolutely shocking company! Item was advertised as 2 but only 1 sent. Postal charges were very high and were double for the service they used. The item arrived with no protection or padding and was simply loose it a battered and squashed mailing box that wasn't even sealed Properly. As for the item itself, it was poor quality and looked nothing like the pictures. Tried to get in touch with the company to which I've received zero replies.

They didn't mention a saber was out of stock. Once contacted they switch the saber and sent the new change promptly. Very good quality

The temple guard saber is amazing. I take the xenopixel for my son and it s awesome.

Great saber hilt and blades. Grandson is delighted. He had some techy issues after which ESabers quickly resolved for him. Delivery was a bit slow, 5 weeks instead of 2-3 weeks but they kept in good communication with me and answered emails promptly with updates.
Will order from them again.

The open communication for delivery times was excellent. The saber is insanely good and is very bright compared to baselit. Couldn't be happier with it.

Deflinlty brout from china and sold for higher price l am not happy with quality either scrapped off paint work.

The thing is they asvertised it as two hilts and l only got one.

I have bought from es sabers sereval tines last year and this year. My first few experiences were alright though I had an issue with a lightsaber which though they helped with it, it was a relatively lengthy and complicated process. But hey did fix it and given its a small company I was alright with how long it took. This year however it has been a different story. First I had an issue with a battery replacemt for a lightsaber. I bought the battery they advised me to buy having fully informed them of the lightsaber only to find that the battery I bought was too big. I emailed twice asking for a refund and a return within the 14 days window but heard nothing back. On my third email they told me because I hadn't got a hold of them within the 2 weeks I couldn't get a refund. I emailed them proof of my first two emails and have never heard back from them. I also bought two 3d printed replica vlastera from them. In April. I only received them today. 3 months later. I had no update bar the automated email 4 weeks after I bought them to say they were running late. On top of that I had bought the option where they came fully assembled but not painted. I have checked the website today and it seems that option is no longer available. But that is the option I paid for. They did not come fully assembled. They clearly were "stuck" together of a fashion but either in transport or before they have come apart. I can glue them back together but the point is I paid for assembly. I paid for better quality than this. I will not be buying from es sabers again and I would advise anyone else looking for lightsabers etc to go elsewhere. It is a pity because they had items I can't find elsewhere easily but I have lost money I can't afford to this year because of them. I won't be risking losing anymore.

Order sent out more than a month ago, no news no updates, no customer support answers. As if the business was bankrupt.

Please answer immediately before escalation.

For my birthday this year I received a quick release lightsaber coupler and it came in great condition and on time, didn’t come with instructions but I’m sure google will help. Overall, good product and good service.
