Great customer service.
I called the telephone # to talk to a representive to ask if the rug I wanted to order was in stock. When I looked it up online, it couldn't find the rug so the representative was helpful in telling me it was in stock. She was helpful also as she helped me identify the color better. I am 81 years old and not very computer literate so I am grateful to be able to call and talk personally to someone. Thank you!!

Easy website to navigate!
The website is very easy to navigate given how many rugs they have to show. It was easy to narrow down your choices so that you end up with exactly what you want. The delivery was great, just stick to the two day free shipping, I paid for the extra shipping and it made No difference. It came when it came according to the carrier's demands. I am soooo happy with the rugs I bought and they are all great quality. I had one issue and Customer service helped immediately. I was concerned about buying rugs on line in case I needed to return one but it was No issue. Great experience and I just purchased another one.
