Order 4 times, never get the right colour I wanted, I found they make my scalp itchy after I colour my hair, they don’t really work out on grey roots, my last order which on June, they totally not covering at all, since I gave it try few times and never satisfied, since I wasted so much money on the so I wrote to them let them know I am not satisfied and want my money back on my last order, I haven’t hear back from them, I thought it was said guarantee money back if 100% not satisfied.
Re: I haven’t heard back from e-salon, their customers service never contact me, they don’t care about their clients issues at all, not promising 100% satisfactory, never order from them anymore.

I love that I’ve finally obtained the lighter blond I was striving for. Can hardly wait to see how the highlights will accentuate it. I like a mix of blondes in my hair so this should hopefully do what I want.

I love the natural colour and how it made me feel when the colours were drying. My hair felt soft and more manageable. At 57 and in Covid, I consider that a blessing! Thank you for listening.

Love my colour. Love that I can easily make changes to the product or frequency. I am getting better and better at applying my colour.
This may not seem like a big deal to an expert, but I did miss my sticker this month though! It threw off my routine! LOL. Still loving this service :)

I have been a satisfied customer with eSalon for at least ten years maybe more. Being a Canadian it probably takes a little longer to receive my order coming through customs so I'm always delighted when I receive it within a day or so when they said it should arrive.
As for the colour it is exactly what I ordered and it is beautiful.....I have a lot of compliments on it. Even my hairdresser thinks it's great and never suggests that he could do better.
Recently I decided I needed to be a slight shade darker. I was a little worried that it would be too dark but no they got it just right.
Their customer service is very good and very helpful.

Lately, I've had comments and compliments as to how Shiny my hair is!

I started using eSalon during the pandemic. I’m a total devotee now. I’ll be using it long after salons are open. The colour kit is fantastic and there also lots of opportunity to make tweaks here and there. Customer service is awesome. I have also started using their hair care products and my hair has never been better. I have fine, curly hair and for the first time ever I have products that help with the curls but don’t weigh my hair down. I love this company.

Hair color at home is a quick decent-priced treatment to keep your hair in good condition without a trip to the salon. The color I selected on the first order I am stuck with for a few months just because I am happy with it. I am impressed with the quality provided, grey is covered, hair is shiny, no strong chemical odor after the coloring process. I strongly recommend E-Salon hair products for their professional services not to mention clear instructions to follow with satisfying results.

I have been colouring my hair for years to cover up the onset of gray. The cost of money and time was ridiculous. The greatest find was eSalon allowing me to colour my hair when I wanted and at a fraction of the cost of going to a salon. After years of watching someone else paint my hair, I decided it can't be that difficult and the colour has been perfect every time. Thanks eSalon!

I am very pleased with the product and service I've received from eSalon thus far. It's great that they can tweak the colour for me. I wanted it to have a little more copper in it and they obliged on my next order. And the colour lasts, fading very little, which is tough with reddish shades. It's more expensive than pharmacy colour but getting it del'd , esp. during covid is a plus.

I am pleased with this service. Every month I get my perfect colour delivered with everything needed to touch up my roots. I am even getting better at retouching, which did take me time to perfect. I also appreciate the quick response when I have questions about the colour

I was very impressed when I first used Esalons colouring kit but the last couple shipments have had dyes that faded very quickly. Less than 4 weeks and the dye had mostly faded. I’m started to rethink my continued support.
