Never going back to the Salon for colour
I have been using e salon for over a year with nothing but great results, fabulous hair and always receive my order in time. Truthfully the pandemic made me start colouring my own hair, but because of the affordability, quality of the products and ease of getting the products has got me thinking I’ll never go back to the salon for colour again. I like I can do my hair in the convenience of my own home on my own schedule and don’t need to book an appointment in my already very hectic life. What more could you ask for?! You won’t regret it!

Love the service and custom colour but higher costs and quicker fading these days!
I have been an esalon customer since 2012 and I really appreciate the custom colour options and orders are easy to complete and adjust. I love my custom colour! I gave 4 starts because I now pay almost double what I used to for a root refresh (with no ends bottle) and it seems like the colour fades more quickly these days. I still order my favourite colour but am a little disappointed it doesn’t last very long.

I love my e salon colour
I love my e salon colour. Every product that I’ve tried I have really liked. I’ve tried shampoos and conditioners and also conceal and cover root powder. The root powder is awesome because it helps carry me through until I can colour my roots again. It’s also great that it comes right to my door, which saves me the time of going to a store to pick it up.

Normally I have had no problems
Normally I have had no problems, this last one it took so long to receive my colour.
Also I did not get the colour I wanted. Instead of red it’s a mouse brown.
Now after saying that the help service were really helpful and tried to help.
This time I will send another picture with more red to see if i can get the could I am going for, the colourists do try to match what we want.

I so wanted this to work
I tried to get my colour to the one I want- the last configuration was disappointing! Blonde for my roots and red on my ends? I ended up using the product for my ends for my roots. I hope next time it’s corrected or else I am going to stop using the service again.

Good investment
After 2 readjustments, 3 colorations and 2 highlights I finally have the color I wanted. It was not easy because I had red hair and I have a lot of gray hair but for me it worth it. I also tried the hydrating treatment and my hair is so soft and smells good.
