I asked to change the colour several times. The colorist never got in touch. The delivery does everything on time, but the colourists are probably overloaded with work.

I started using E salon about 6 months…
I started using E salon about 6 months ago to touch up my roots at home. I hate having roots and do not want to go to the salon every 5-6 weeks.
I am extremely happy with my colour from Esalon, and they are easy to contact if I want to make any changes. My results are consistant and I am always getting compliments on my color.

Colour was exactly what I described in detail that I did NOT want .... I'm a strawberry blonde and am going lighter (gray) Received a terrible pink/copper penny dye and when I called to discuss the till free number says the office is closed ... Monday at 11am ???

Nailed it!
I have struggled with home hair dye kits in the past because my naturally dark and shiny brunette hair with natural subtle blonde highlights has never been obtainable in a box at the drugstore. I tried eSalon and they delivered a great product and nailed the colour perfectly on a photo I provided showing my natural colour. Wonderful job covering greys and I get lots of compliments.

The product packaging is impressive but…
The product packaging is impressive but the product itself not so much. I applied my first product and had to rinse it out right away because my scalp was burning. I only ordered 1 kit but they keep sending me more every month.
PLEASE STOP ALL SHIPMENTS. I cannot use it. I’m back to my regular brand from the drugstore which is $30 cheaper. STOP SENDING IMMEDIATELY

This colour is better than my professional hairdresser used…
This colour is better than my professional's colour. After I used to get my hair coloured at the salon and in a rush they end up pulling your hair in addition to losing strands due to the stress of colouring. I used also get irritation from that colouring. However, my hair turned out the perfect colour with highlights.
ESalon has really outdone the professionals, in that, I don't get irritation from this colour. I can do it myself now and get the salon look from the comfort of my own home. They were so kind that they sent me an cloak and many other things to try. They are my go-to now. The colour turned out amazing, shiny hair, not flat as I have medium to fine hair and best of all, I don't have to have my hair pulled by someone who is in a hurry to get to their next appointment.
