Best customer service! I had a color that got lost in the mail. They sent me a replacement right away. No problem. So willing to help. They also adjust your color to you. And everything is very custom. I love all their hair products. Looks like you have been to a proffesional! Everytime I wanna color at home I will always choose esalon.

I’ve been getting my colour from e salon for a couple of years. Always happy with the results & even my hairdresser that cuts my hair always has positive comments. My only complaint is when my hair is longest I have difficulty doing it myself. I found working from the back first helped.

I have been colouring my hair since I was a teenager and also was a hair dresser. For the last few years I have just coloured my hair at home with shop bought box dye. I came across e salon on Instagram and I had just dyed my hair with my usual colour and it turned out bad so I thought no more box dye. I ordered a custom made colour and was so impressed with the results the grey coverage and how long I get out of the colour. Would highly recommend to everyone .

I am very happy with the color and the shine it adds to my hair. Change request to color are done in a sufficient way. The only thing that Iam not completely happy with is the gray coverage.

I’d been a box dyer for 35 years having only had my hair dyed at a salon for my wedding and that washed out after 3 washes. I’d seen the adverts for e-salon pop up on my FB page for months and fancied giving them a go. A very simple questionnaire had to be filled in with a chance to upload photos if required where they determined the quality of your hair and the colour you wanted to achieve. A beautifully presented box turned up and very simple instructions on how to use your specific to you specially blended colour kit. I had 2 bottles of colour, one for the roots to cover my grey and another for the rest of the hair shafts.
Have been very happy with how my hair feels after using them for 6 months as it was quite dry before my first e-salon colour.
Every month they give you an opportunity to amend your colour and I have tweaked my colour so it’s brighter and sent photos of what I wanted to achieve and they have amended accordingly

Allround great experience. The first colour I ordered turned out darker than expected, but the fantastic eSalon customer service quickly responded and changed the shade to what I asked. I changed it again after that again, but that is only because I changed my mind. My hair always feels extremely good after colouring and the colour lasts very long, even though it's a low % developer.

Love the colour of my hair and the highlights I got for first time are lovely. Looking forward to next colouring
