Well, everything worked great, both with the first color ordered and the adjustement I've asked for. There was only one problem: the color stained the bathtub enamel on the spots I couldn't clean instantly when I washed my hair.

Love it, only thing I don't like and don't use is the vaseline to put around hair line! That seems to get in my hair and give a really rough horrible texture to my hair! Other than that, easy to use!

Best colors I have used (including top salon merch) and amazing customer service! I have been using them for three years and I'm happily recommending them with all my ❤️!

The color plus the ends refresher worked perfectly. My hair has a great, natural-looking, rare dark strawberry-blond color that I could never find in a drug store box and always turned out too artificial-looking from a salon.

I am so happy I have discover this way of colour my hair. I really recommend it.

Since 4 years I’m happy with my colors and the shampoo and conditioner from e-salon

A total disaster. My colour was supposed to be processed on 30 March, it was not shipped until 16 April and now... 24 April is lost! I have been a recurrent client since 2018 but the management of this crisis has been a total mess from the beginning. I can understand delays but this is beyond reasonable. I will cancel my subscription for sure and pray that one day my orders will be received

Excellent color - highly personalized
I have been using the product for years and I still receive a lot of complements, even from my hair dresser.
The colors are adapted to your taste and hair, so they turn out the way you wish. -last but not least, easy to use.

My recent order seemed like a new formula. eSalon is always an excellent color treatment, however, the very strong ammonia-like smell is overwhelming at times. Especially when one should fill the bottle of unused formula, distribute throughout the hair and wait 5 minutes. Yes, I do use a well-ventilated room but when one's head is over the sink or in the shower, not a lot of ventilation there.

The color is consistently beautiful.

I have not received my order that was paid and sent more than a month ago. I have not received the replacement or refund. No help from customer service.
On top of the the color did not cover my roots. eSalon offered to send free order with improved color which never arrived.

the colour quality is professional, excellent service, just took me a while to get around the procedure of home colouring, now i got the hang of it...

I love it! Not only the color is amazing and gorgeous, it fades beautifully too! Love the kit that comes with, so I don´t need to worry about the tools to color my hair. Best value and quality!!

Brillant product, my husband does the application, I'm not sure how I would get on doing it myself. Colour is good and any tweaks I've requested have been made to my satisfaction. The Glaze really made the colour and natural highlights standout. It does cover my grey really well. All in all a salon experience at home.

The product is great. Always possible to get a good service and make changes very easilly! You send out a question before each delivery so I can change the colour or anything else if I want to and I know that the package is soon on the way!
