Absolutely terrible customer service they do not reply to emails my order came so late and when it did it was a disappointment chain very flimsy all knotted up the name was tiny unlike what they were advertising False advertising I have comaplained and heard nothing back at all I would not advise a purchase from this company the necklace I bought was being endorsed by a celebrity and her necklace is a lot bigger I ordered a he exact same and it’s not the same it’s tiny
Don’t waste your money

The jewelry was good but need improvement.

Unfortunately I had a really bad experience as I tried to cancel an order minutes after it was made, then continuous emails to cancel order but the time they replied back to me they told me I wouldn’t be able to cancel as the process had already been started. This happened before 4 weeks before Christmas so I was short £160 for two necklaces that arrived nearly 5 weeks after being ordered that I now have the hassle of sending back. Really really poor service and I would only recommend to stay clear of this company.

Would have been nice to have both necklaces in their own pouch and box as I ordered two and spent an hour unknotting them

Took over a month to come and came all tangled up

Still havnt had order thats from 4th December

I ordered a necklace for my daughter called LAUREN. and they made it with a W instead of a U. They also arrived in same box as I ordered one for me too. Totally dangled together which took ages to undangle. And received no mailing or tracking information what so ever.

I have not received my purchases. They for a Christmas present and now it’s too late. Not impressed with the service.

Ordered in November and still haven’t received 2 necklaces that were Christmas presents!!

I ordered two personalised necklaces on Black Friday for Christmas presents and I never received the products.

Terrible experience to be honest.
I ordered four necklaces and they’ve sent it all one box, ALL TANGLED together till now I cannot untangle the necklaces. Ridiculous as I stated it was a gift, I don’t understand how they could even work that way but definitely not ordering again

Shame you can’t write 0 star reviews. I’m like the other customers on this review site who ordered on Black Friday after seeing endorsements from our reality tv stars. I’ve also been sent a tracking number for Hermes. What we all have in common, apart from what appears to being scammed, is a tracking reference that says Hermes gateway accepted back on November 24th! Funny how that can happen before the jewellery was even made.

I ordered 2 personalised necklaces on 24th November for Christmas presents. I still havent received my tracking number yet and no replies to my emails.

Missing Item still

I ordered 2 items; a personalized item and a regular necklace. I received the personalized item about a month after my order date no issues. For some reason my non personalized regular necklace has still failed to show up. I contacted Escapade Jewelry via their website 2 weeks ago and still have not heard back from them to resolve. I have sent a second message today, feels like they don't respond to their messages at all. Poor customer service.

I have no contact from them and they have not replied to my multiple emails.

Took a long time for shipping but otherwise great necklace.

im trying to get ahold of someone due to that my contact email is missing one letter ive sent 2 emails and no one has reched back out.

I ordered a personalized necklace, it arrived very quickly and I am very happy with the purchase. You can tell right away that it's quality
I'm thinking of ordering one for my mother
