No transfer even paid for it
All would be good, except the transfer from airport to hotel and from hotel to airport. Have contacted the company minimum 15times. We arrived, no one picked up us. They are giving transfer company phone number which does not work. We arrived at 45 C deg , waited outside for an hour until we gave up and took a cab. I have informed escapeaway, they send the same information with not working contact info. Very disappointed. The same story with transfer from hotel.

Flats in Rome
We rented Terrazza Pellegrino in the Campo de' Fiori, in the old city, in easy walking distance of all the central sites. The flat had a little terrace with a view over roofs and gardens below, but was on the fourth floor with no elevator. In-Italia warned us that the beams were low, so we were prepared to live with that. They also were very helpful with the advantages and disadvantages of the different flats we looked at. The only disadvantage of the flat we chose was that it was not that clean, but In-Italia was not to blame for that, only the owner and the cleaning lady.
