Frustation
Excellent search engine for air tickets and hotels. Constant error messages when I ask to book a trip. Called MrJet on the phone, and the advertised price was not available.

Modtager ikke en voucher til hotellet. (No voucher).
Syntes det er mærkeligt man ikke får en voucher på engelsk, man kan aflevere til hotellet ved ankomsten. Virker lidt usikkert, man skal møde op med en "Bekræftelse På Betaling" på dansk. Dog med et "Hotel confirmation number", men hvor datoer og hotelnavn mv ikke printes med.
Think it's strange you do not get a voucher in English, you can drop off to the hotel on arrival. Seems a little uncertain, you have to meet up with a "Confirmation On Payment" in Danish. However, with a "Hotel confirmation number", but the dates and hotel name etc. are not printed with.

Dear Mr Tom, Thank you for your comment. The price for flight tickets vary constantly. The same tickets are also available at other travel agencies. Tickets in the same cabin have different price categories and if a price in one category gets sold it will go to the next higher price category and therefor it might change rather quickly. I am sorry if this happened to you but this is something that we can´t control since we get the fares from the airlines. Kind regards, MrJet customer support

Extra money
I bought tickets to Berlin for "good" price and mr.jet has taken extra money more then 500 dkk for something what I really do not understand for what!!!! Suddenly my tickets to Berlin are not cheap.

the money were never charged, it might have been a reservation on your card but it should have been released already.

Was! happy customer. Not any more
I just MrJet often and normaly not have probelms..
But got false Info for Customer service, when i needed to return from a trip early for personal reason, they told me i need book new ticket and they cancel one and would give me money back.. but did not get money back and they now say it's against their policies..
I use about 40000 kr last 12 months in the company but feel very cheated

Despite my requst for the opposite, EasyJet sends unwanted advertising emails and takes 5 days - 5 days!!!!! - to unsubscribe.
That sort of behavior must be stopped.

Lousy computer system and no telephone answer
The web-page hanged on two separate occasions, giving strange error messages. Calling their number I was supposed to press either 1 or 2 to get appropriate help. I pressed 1 alternatingly with 2 about ten times (sometimes followed with a #) and the voice repeated the same request over and over again. I called again and the same thing happened. So I had to give up.
I will never use them again.
