I looked deeply to see if the luggage 20 kg was included, and understood that it was included in the price. Then after paying came the confirmation saying only 10 kg hand luggage is included. Irritating. Is is really so? Or can I check in 20 kg on Norwegian?

Found a great price for SAS flight from copenhagen to Brussels. Compared with SAS website and other websites.

In all everything went smoothly actually from booking to recording of the miles in my Eurobonus. I just don't like how they charged an additional fee (I think it was around DKK 119) and it wasn't included in the summary but I found out later when I saw my credit card bill

I was offered only two choices regarding sitting place - middle or window? I would prefer - aisle seat - I don't understand why there is no choice? Buying the ticket very early so all aisle seats can't be taken already???

This is my experience. So I went in to book some last minute tickets to Dublin, since I needed to do business the following week. But everywhere, the tickets were extremely pricy, even Momondo claimed prices that weren't up to date due to increases.
Anyway, I got through to you, and still the prices were high. But then I clicked around and suddenly you suggested a cheaper price, which I could agree to! Wuhu! I rushed in , looked at the times and cities, and bought the tickets. But then after the purchase (and of course I unclicked cancellation fee since I am well and it was only few days after), I discovered that the dates changed to another week! So bye bye 3500 DKK. I am sure it's somehow my fault, but I swear that I didn't changed the dates myself. So somehow, your site had suggested me another date without me finding out, and I didn't focus on this change since I was 100% certain that I had chosen those to begin with. So the plane left without me yesterday, and will return on Thursday. And I think it sucks. I know I should have double/trible/quadrible checked the dates, but when you're sure, you're sure - until now.

Wow! Not only I paid 59 DKK for using my VISA Dankort at a Danish page, but I also noticed the page ignored the Verified by VISA security system and just... grabbed the money, without giving me as much as a ticket number. For a while I sat in front of my computer, pondering the option of hastily calling my bank to block my card, as I have just given its details to a fishy webpage. MrJet sure needs to work on that bit a little more.

Mr. Jet provides tickets in a flexible manner at a good prize. Planning a trip with one or more stop-overs is as easy as a purchasing a normal return ticket.

Good prices ón hotels and flights. Easy to see the total price, no extra charges unless you have already been informed of it. Good service and information. Seems very safe.

Mr. Jet has good hotel offers and the web page is easy to operate.
