22 days to process a refund!!!!
My partner started booking with this company, everything was going fine....until they asked for the One Time Passcode (OTP). Everyone says you should never give out the OTP, not even to your bank or card supplier, so my partner dropped the call as she suddenly didnt trust the company.
However the booking for the hotel had been processed, but no booking confirmation was ever sent, further adding to the lack of trust.
I had a heated telephone call with one of their agents who was extremely condescending and refused to acknowledge the fact that we did not want to complete the booking to start with.
After a rather heated discussion, he agreed to process a refund, "within 2 days". I had to send an email confirming i wanted a refund and the reply confirmed 3-4 business days.
I had to chase the refund after 6 business days, after 9 days i was advised they couldnt process the refund so wanted account details, which i sent, and that was the last i heard from them via email, even after sending a chaser email 5 days later.
After waiting a further 3 days i decided to call and was able to speak to an agent who spoke to the finance team and got the refund processed within the hour.
Such an unfortunately long process from start to finish for a refund of monies that should not have been taken in the first place. Also had i not called, and spoken to the very helpful Alex, i would have still been waiting for the refund.
A negative process from the request for the OTP right up to speaking with Alex (who was great)

Helped with cancellation
