This may be down to user incompetence…
This may be down to user incompetence but we all find it not easy to use Esendex compared to our previous mail provider. Creating a group and also editing that group is not easy. On a positive note the help available on the chat is great.

No Assistance
I asked Esendex to assist to help capture more data by redesigning our survey. To date i havent recieved any assistance or communication on there part. As a company we havent run the sms survey for morer than 6 months
