Great company, been using them for almost 10 years and never had any issues.
Pricing is good for the market and I can't remember the last time it was increased.
Highly recommended

Messages were not always received by all of the grouo, usually 3-4 each message. When checked it was confirmed their phones were switched on and working and the correct number.

Esendex have provided a solid service for the past 4 years. Turn around on account queries and changes is very quick, developer support is excellent and online documentation thorough.

The service itself has been unflinchingly reliable for us, and has proved very popular with our teams. Esendex sales people are happy to come down and talk to teams about new developments on the platform.

Esendex have been an excellent supplier for our SMS and Voice services. We are starting an exciting plan to merge other services across Esendexs platforms. They are extremely helpful from customer support all the way to invoicing and account management. I would definitely recommend Esendex. 5* Service.

We have been using Esendex at St Brendan's Sixth Form College for our SMS messaging for over 6 years now,
Esendex Messaging is and has always been instantaneous,
We get notified when our messages are running low, We have never been let down by the service provided from Esendex.
We have had a few account manages and dealt with many people at Esendex Poppy Hambleton, Nick Storey & Pam Dhameja have honestly been brilliant.

I've worked with Essendex in the last 3 companies I've been employed in. Each company had different requirements and set ups and Essendex were able to accommodate their needs in all three. Always get a prompt response from the team. Always willing to help. The platforms are very user friendly.

Esendex used to be really good. And most of the time they are alright, but when things go wrong, boy do they go wrong!

Our application for the SMS platform is lone worker safety, so the system needs to be resilient, as a missed check in from our staff could quite literally be a life of death situation. What has become clear is that it doesn't take much of a blip in the matrix to prove fatal to the fragile infrastructure over at Esendex Towers.

We also get the situation every day between 7 and 8 pm that the system drops out for a couple of minutes, presumably for some kind of backup, but when I've broached this with support it has been denied.

In short, if all you're looking for is an SMS platform for marketing or an occasional survey, then you won't go far wrong, but if there's any critical element to your project, I'd consider other options.
