Booking cancelled last minute and blaming me!
I don’t understand how you can say I was not at the venue, the original booking the flight was confirmed and it was cancelled when we got to the venue, you said the pilot had transport issues which is not my problem! i was there at the given time. Ontop of that nobody was there to let us know it was cancelled, we had to check on the booking, all money spent on uber was wasted. The booking was moved to the next day which we agreed and the same thing happened there was no one! You asked for proof to show we were at the venue and I sent the uber receipts and you guys never responded to me, just ignored me.
How can you cancel a booking at the exact time it is supposed to be done, that is very unprofessional and total scam!
