A new experience for me and it was very cool

Great product and service support. It worked perfectly on my Samsung A23 5G and Samsung A20e. Very useful when travelling.

It works for my phone although sometimes take a long time to start or required to restart the app.

I would say that my experience with esim.me is generally good.
I downloaded the APP and did the compatibility test with positive results.
I received the product on time.
When downloading the first esim I needed the support of customer service who guided me through the installation without any problems.
Recommended product.

This product is very useful for phones that do not support E-SIM.

The sim is working, but the app is not. Can't recognize eSim anymore and it is not useful for the purpose it should be used for, can't load new number. On forums it said that I need to reset phone to factory settings. And it is not very convenient thing to do so I could use eSim. So in the end it is just regular Sim for me.

Works well in my Samsung A5, A53 and S23. Took a couple of tries to get the APN correct, but support helped me out. Most esim providers don't want to sell me an esim while on my A53 because it's not esim compatible but if I order one on my computer they send me a QR code, and everything works from there.

So far I have used it with Airalo and Dent.

It did not work out of the box with Motorola 5G One Plus. First data profile got locked up and then the eSim.me card was not recognized by the eSim.me app. Their support just said is was the profile providers problem and was very defensive. This is not ready for prime time given the variables that need to be aligned for this to work like a plug and play add-on to phones without embedded esim capability. It reminds me of when TCP/IP stacks were first distributed for Windows 3.1 computers.

After my purchase, I needed a bit of help and got very good guidance from the eSIM team. I followed their advice and my primary phone (Samsung Galaxy A51) is now working beautifully with the eSim-me card in place and an Airolo data package that I purchased and loaded in. I then took the Sim card that usually sits in my primary phone and placed it into my old phone so that I still have a functioning phone for calls and texts. I am delighted and look forward to saving a bundle when I go travelling abroad next month. Very happy with my purchase and with the customer support that I received.

The sim card they sent me is not recognized by my phone, even though it should work according to their website.

Works perfectly! Used a travel eSim from Nomad and was so much easier to set up for traveling than swapping SIMs.

I was unable to get Jio (India) eSIM. I requested help from Tech support and received helpful instructions almost immediately. I was able to obtain and used successfully in India.

They list on their site that it should work with my phone (which I assume it does). But they should be more clear that it does not work with every telecom provider that offers eSim. Simyo in the Netherlands is unable to migrate me to esim using the esim.me product. Spent quite some money, including international shipping, also returning would cost money which I won't get back. So even though I'm unable to use it, I'll keep it just in case my provider supports it in the future.

Update: changed from 2 to 1 star. Also doesn't work with the first "travel" esim service I tried.

Reponse to reply: my experience was that it didn't work at all. There is no guarantee or way to check this before buying and there is no free return policy. In my opinion a product as unreliable as this should offer a free return policy for customers that can't actually use it. The fact that you don't offer this service makes me think you would expect too many returns. Hence the 1 star.

Does what it says on the tin. Worked on my Nokia 2.4. Ordered online, downloaded the app, bought a data and voice e-sim profile and downloaded it to connect. All setup 5 minutes later.

It's working great on my phone if you don't want to change your phone them esim.me is your option I would recommend it because it works.

Works on AT&T in the US. Don't let AT&T tell you it doesn't work or that you need an AT&T-supplied SIM card. You just need AT&T to provide you the QR code and then follow the eSIM.me instructions. IF IT "DOESN'T WORK" then contact AT&T to fix your device registration. They will need to manually connect the dots on their end with your IMEI (your device), the ICCID (the QR code), and the eSIM ID (on the eSIM.me package). Also, AT&T will not give you anything over the phone. They will mail you the QR code or get one in an AT&T corporate (not reseller) store. Also, super-responsive CS from eSIM.me.

I am impressed of the ongoing improvement of eSIM.me.
I had one eSIM.me Card in the very beginning of their service. It struggled sometimes, but I imo this is okay, since they created something completely new and you will find out, how difficult their playing field is, when you get in touch with their excellent support.
I received a new card in September and now there was an update of the app and the improvements are just great.
Don't get me wrong, it has already been a decent product back then, but now it is pure gold.
Every carrier I tested works, now. :)
