I ordered a card, then I realized I had made a mistake in the order and I canceled it. I haven't received the refund yet. I have sent several reminder emails (ticket 3188) but they never reply.

A few months ago I switched to a new phone that doesn't have a built in esim anymore (I used other app for esim that I loved before). However I was very excited finding out about esim.me and ordered it immediately. I was unimpressed though because of a few factors:
- the support never got back to me with a question about the usage of a bought esim profile (the instructions on how to use it are okish but not complete)
- the esim profile itself for kind of working but def not reliable signal
- the pricing could be better (it's more expensive in comparison with other apps)

Overall, the esim profile was working half of the time, that's why 2 stars

The first Omni 15 card arrived non-functional,but thanks to the great communication with Esim me company and the fast processing the second card is fully functional.I am fully satisfied and recommend it to everyone.

The eSim app and eSim cards are simply an excellent replacement for people who have phones that do not yet support eSim.
It's just great and works perfectly.
Therefore: Five stars *** for sure!

Used my eSIM.me for a second time on a trip to South America a few weeks ago.

As before, the esim worked straight away once I added the QR code I received from the supplier (MobbiMatter)...all good so far.

However, as when I used eSIM.me previously, the app very quickly stopped recognising that I had a sim installed. telling me I didn't have an eSIM.me card installed.
It doesn't stop the esim you have bought working, but it does mean you can't use the app to manage it.

That was okay for this trip, as the esim I bought worked in multi-countries, but if I had needed new sims for each country it would have been a real pain trying to resolve that.

The last time this happened, I had to faff about with the phone, taking the eSIM.me card in and out and turning on and off the slot to get it to be recognised again.
It worked eventually, but again, if I had needed multiple esims for the trip it would have been a real pain.

So, eSIM.me is great when it works, but there is still an issue with the app not recognising cards.

The product itself is great, whats even better is the support team that deals with both tech issues and billing. we had an ongoing interface issue with a Canadian carrier (Rogers) and it was a ton of work, and alot of patience to get it resolved, they couriered us (2) new SIMS at their expense and responded in a timely fashion to every single communication over a multiple week project, a job well done

WARNING on fake bad reviews ! the eSim price is correct and fully justified regarding the support service.

Amazing company super innovative I love the system and it's flexibility. sure eSim is a relatively new tech so you may expect some glitch BUT the support is present for the matter.

Commercial service answer the same day (for commercial questions), Technical support does not answer so fast (2 days) but their answers are efficient, and they are very competent.

My eSim card worked right away with Keepgo, but it did not work with Orange Belgium, after contacting the support they sorted it out I have to go back to the Orange shop to test again the eSim activation and will update my review.

I also asked the support for the default raw PIN/PUK code to protect the sim, they gave it to me right away. which reflect competent people at the task :)

Finally, they have amazing future sim idea on the roadmap.

Esim is working but ........i can't access my esim profiles through app .......app is not useful .......the worst app ever

First of all esim.me works very well and does what it is supposed to do. I purchased my first e-sim few months ago and instead of using it for travelling ,someone of my family needed it for activating a sim card of another country while being in Canada. That was possible thanks to esim.me .The barcode was sent and In few minutes the mobile service from another country was activated here is Canada. Since then I purchased in Black Friday 2 more sims.
The sales and the tech support are very fast and helpful.

The product (SIM card + app) is well-designed, and works smoothly. When you need help, the support people are friendly and responsive.

Great product to give users flexibility and control over their esim. This way the esim can be moved into another phone when needed.

The esim.me card can also store up to 15 different esim which is useful. Customer service was helpful and responsive with customer inquiries.

Upgraded my Samsung A52s 5G with a eSim.me-Card and it works perfect. Used it several times in Europe with europeesim.com.

Unfortunately, I was unable to install the profile from Slovak Telekom, even with the help of support. And I tried other data service providers and they worked fine for me. So I'm quite satisfied so far.

To be able to use Esims on a non-esim phone is so great. Esim.me is a great product. The software is easy to use and makes using Esims simple. Esim.me pricing is on the high end side but I chose Esim.me for using Esims because it is a European product and to be prefered above the cheaper Chinese alternative (Xi Jinping might be watching you).

if you have more than 1 or 2 esim to scan, its a mess..
i use for my work, and i take 1 hour for 2 esim to scan ... i lost 2 hour per day ... this app is so low cost app ... very slow and a lot of bug ... did not detect esim all the time need to reload the app 4 time before can scan ... its horrible

BECAUSE ESIM ME TRY TO DISCREDITE, MYSELF I WILL POST A VIDEO ON YOUTUBE THEN EVERYBODY WILL SEE HOW SH!TTY IS IT ...

Using this on a non esim compatible phone. Was great to be able to download the app to confirm compatibility before purchasing the esim.me card. Simplified my trip to Australia - was thinking I'd have to carry a spare phone with me until I hit on the esim.me solution. Thanks so much guys for allowing me to use my own phone 🙂

eSIM.me Store asks me now to provide a 5* review, after labeling my August review (signed zenopekoe) as faked. This makes me reconfirm my conditional satisfaction with the card eSIM.me and total dissatisfaction with service me.ONE in Canada+USA this summer. eSIM.me know very well the fruitless communication with me under Order ID 89808. The physical card works fine if some internet connection is available, but is totally useless if one just seeks to get it. Without internet, no activation, no eSIM swap is possible. I received a Vodafone UK number that Vodafone never accepted. The company knows well I paid 60 euros, complained, didn't get any service, and got no refund for dysfunctionality. eSIM.me should first solve their Catch XXII, swapping eSIM cards locally without internet, and only then offer the product to public without a clear disclaimer. And they should take the critique as a useful feedback instead of accusing the clients.

Tried with an orange esim and it worked fine no problems. So good experience so far.
