Several issues: First, I can't send text messages; second, I can't receive SMS verification codes when registering for Amazon using this number (I'm not sure if it's due to risk control); third, when registering for Telegram, it says the verification code has been sent to the device (this number was previously used to register for Telegram, indicating it's a recycled number).

I am very disappointed.
I purchased an eSIM phone number a month ago, but I haven't been able to make any calls.
When I receive calls from other people, they don't notify me and just record only phone number.
The next time I try to call, the call doesn't go through, is recorded as 00:00, and is automatically blocked. My money has been deducted.
I'm extremely disappointed. I contacted the support team and they said they'd change my number, but they haven't responded yet, and it's been over a month.
I contact the support team every day, and each time I have to speak to a different person, so I have to explain my situation every time. This shows that my conversations aren't being stored and are constantly being deleted. I can't trust them.

The Estonian phone number I bought often fails to receive verification codes. When I try to add it as a contact method on Instagram, there’s no response/no effect. On X (Twitter), it directly says this type of number cannot be added. It’s really inconvenient to use.
