I was skeptical at first but I was tired of our hard water and dried out feeling after a shower. All that is gone with the Eskiin shower experience and I mean experience. Our showers are just that an experience very much spa like. Showers are now enjoyable and I truly look forward to them. Keep up the good work Eskiin!

One of the best shower heads I have owned. Not only can you feel the difference (we have really hard water here). The water pressure also increased which was really nice. The only problem (not really a problem) is it makes you wanna stay in the shower longer. Highly recommend this product.
Customer service has been exceptional as well. I had to contact them and it was an immediate response with very helpful information. Professional and courteous staff.

My first thought when I first got the showerhead was great but then my wife and I ordered filters and they said over a week ago that was on the way yeah it’s been well over a week now and I’ve not gotten any response from them. I tried calling Customer Service, but they don’t seem to have a number only an email which you can use a little bit disappointed because right now this is the only showerhead that I have and I would like to have new filters so I can change them out. This is not good. I’m not sure what I need to do with this. I’m thinking about even going and taking some legal action against them because they have been not responding to anything I’ve done very disappointed in this company and I will continue to write stuff until someone has contacted me. I be glad to delete anything if there’s been a misunderstanding right now they have shown me that they cannot be trusted.

I absolutely love my new eskiin shower head. My hair dresser said my hair was in much better shape now. It's like a massage.

My eyes used to be red after every shower from the chlorine and burn and now no issues! I could even smell the chlorine in our shower water before.
The wall mount filter we put in our daughter’s shower is amazing, strongest water pressure ever!
Hand held is great too but wow that one for the wall mount is exceptional!!
Our son bought one first for his home and raved about it too so we got a couple.
Highly recommend.

A great shower head! The filter was super easy to replace, too. Im very glad I purchased them. With the hard water I have, its been nice not having all that junk in my shower.

THE BEST…..I’m a shower fanatic and I probably shower more than most people, it relaxes me and helps with my sinus issues… I bought the Eskin wall mount shower head and I’m beyond impressed with the water pressure, It’s the best pressure and experience from any other shower head and I’ve tried them all…

This is my second review of this great company! I bought the shower head and live it but wished to add the handheld one. I needed help with installing it and they answered my email within few minutes! So helpful and polite!

I ordered this shower head because I have scalp and skin issues. I’ve only had it for about a month but I can already feel the difference.

Ever since I got my first one delivered I have told anyone I can about how great a shower with real pressure is. The shower head itself is amazing, but even more amazing are the people behind the shower head. I had emailed a picture of my shower head due to paint peeling and their immediate reaction was to send a new one. Unlucky for me the new one was marked delivered by USPS but I never found it. Instead of tell info me “Oh well.” This company stepped up and exceeded all expectations and sent another one right away.

The handheld showerhead is OK but not really what I had expected. It has less pressure than my original showerhead. I have not noticed a difference in my hair or skin at this time. I have been using for 30 days so far. If It wasn’t for the fact that my landlord came over to put it on. I would probably send it back. I don’t want him to have to come back to remove it. For me the price was not worth the investment.

So, I made a mistake and started a 2nd subscription for my one shower head (which is great btw). Once I figured it out…on Saturday, I emailed customer service that evening. Not expecting a response until Monday or Tuesday, Sunday, I find an email from customer service. A couple of Q & A emails later and the 2nd subscription was canceled…it was still Sunday.

I was very happy with product - purchased three. My son dropped the handheld and it broke. I emailed to order replacement parts (I did NOT ask for anything free). It has taken three weeks of ridiculous interactions with their AI customer service - there is no human that is even monitoring the customer service email. And there is no phone number. I’m sorry but no matter how good a product is, if they are not willing to talk to or listen to their customers then I’m out.

I live outside the U.S. and I was concerned that this filter wouldn't fit my current shower pipe. I contacted Eskiin and received a very nice email explaining that if my pipe was a certain diameter that it most likely would work. I have been using the filter for at least a year or more and I have been so happy with it. The water pressure is amazing and my skin feels much less itchy and dry. The filters are easy to replace and always come on time and if I need to change my shipment date, customer service is excellent with responding quickly and making that change before the ship date. I can't say enough good things about them. My son ordered one after I did and he is every bit as pleased as I am. Great company, quality product and excellent customer service!

Bought this as a Christmas present for my husband, but really wanted it for myself. I had issues with hair loss and dry skin. I noticed the difference at my first shower. Spa like spray and my soap rinsed right off nicely. My skin felt smooth and not dry at all.
It took me a few weeks to notice the difference in my hair. It feels so much healthier and the shedding has stopped significantly. No more hair in the brush and all over the sink. That made a high impact on me. I had to spread the word. So
I purchased one for my sister as a gift . She’s in a water restricted area. She loves it. Her shower went from being a drip to a wonderful spray.
I purchased another for my son’s new house. He’s a pilot and love the wake-up he gets from the shower head.
I’m planning on purchasing a few more. I really think you have a great product. Remember my husband ? He loves it too.

We have well water, so chlorine wasn't a huge concern with me. But after reading the reviews and all the positive things about this product, I had to have one. It has blown me away! The water pressure is great, not to mention how much better my hair and skin feels. I especially notice the difference it has made on my husband's skin; much softer. Very happy with my purchase!!

I have been pleased to see that Eskiin is responsive to my order request as most other online sales leave the buyer hanging after the original order. Such a fresh, honest approach will keep me a customer.

Love our Eskiin filter! The water is so soft and it minimizes the spray onto the glass which makes shower cleaning easier too. Five stars!

This is the best shower head I have ever used and I am 68 years old. It’s like a gentle rain shower. I live in Florida and have lime hard water. It’s been a struggle keeping my shower clean until I got this shower head. I will never own a different shower head. Customer for life.
