Mixed experience
I flew to Turkey a little more than a month ago to have extraction of 2 infected teeth and 2 dental implants to replace these teeth.
The treatment in the clinic was amazing, very nice staff and so I had a great experience there, however, one of the implants failed and caused me quite a bit of pain and headache in the UK.
I know extracting an infected tooth and putting an implant immediately, carries risk, so I asked the implantologist at the clinic to only carry out the implant if he was absolutely sure it was fine to do so and that I wouldnt mind if I only had to extract the tooth and come back another time. The implantologist said it was ok, went ahead and placed the implants and one of the implants failed after just a couple of weeks.
I consulted with a couple of implantologists, one of them being a personal childhood friend and the feedback I got was that the implant wasnt placed well and that an implant of larger diameter should have been used in order to fully fill in the cavity of the extracted tooth.
Having said that, I spoke to Esnan representatives and I have also been to their office in London and they have been very helpful and kind. The man in the London office was a really nice person and very helpful and arranged for me to get the implants removed in the UK at a fraction of the cost I was quoted by another dentist here.
Esnan clinics also offer me to use the offered warranty and place the implants again once the bone is healed, which I am still to do.
So, not sure if I have been unlucky with this one or if it was really a bad job done by the surgeon. Even though Esnan have offered me another implant under the warranty, I am disappointed that I will incur extra cost with flights, hotel and transfers as I will probably need to travel to Turkey one more time to place the crown once the replacement implant is done.

Esnan was fantastic in their customer support, guided team translator and also their transport team all working in an efficient timely manner to keep you safe and on time..
I found the only service professionally done was their individual implants which i found fantastic in their excellence of workmanship but then again it still might be a little early to give this accreditation but for now I certainly will.
I would not recommend root canals or crowns..only depending on who does them (as I went twice) and while being there you might find yourself a little uncomfortable being a foreigner around unskilled young rude staff but don’t take it too personal even though they will make you feel unwanted being so judgemental…so make sure you request and surround yourself with mature skillled professionals, even though it might cost you a little more..
I found their root canals to be ineffective as they did not commit to the process in a timely efficient manner and did not seem to care at all and rushing as this can obviously lead to a failed root canals which it did.
They are quick to respond to any related questions while you are there (part of their aftercare) but can’t guarantee anything else..
They are reasonably priced . Being at their Skyland practise which was pretty much brand new and very stylish, I would go with their first recommendation while you’re there as they seem to be professsional in their advice..and recommend the obvious which you might not follow through with.
I had a couple of teeth here that dentists did not want to touch and had a high risk of losing them but I took the chance with esnan and I was so proud of them on the first trip that as they completed it with compliments …My second trip was awful and so was the service as there were a lot of mistakes with the treatment. I probably would not go there again unless i was sure with the staff ..
I highly recommend Mohammed Rashed being my assistant ,my periodontist Ohan and of course the brunette girls upstairs for the professionalism and skills, also the managers for their consults …and the bar staff for their generous hospitality..
