Esnan Dental Clinics Reviews 

I had all my teeth extracted, and I was sent back to the hotel with only three sterile gauze pads.
Around midnight, I experienced severe bleeding, and my wife had to take a taxi through Istanbul in the middle of the night searching for an open pharmacy to buy more sterile gauze.

In the end, we also had to pay an additional 70 USD to the hotel because the bed sheets became soaked with blood.

The medical team also miscalculated the treatment timeline for my wife by two days. They attempted to charge us for these extra days, which added unnecessary stress to an already difficult situation. On the final day, they gave us an appointment at 3 p.m. but asked us to check out of the hotel at 11 a.m. and wait with our luggage in the clinic.

These last-day arrangements created additional discomfort and pressure that we did not expect from a professional team.
However, the medical team itself performed well; the hospitality and logistics team, on the other hand, needs more training.

Out of respect for the doctors, I did not make this review public,
but we went through very stressful and difficult days during the treatment.

The courteous and professional medical treatment and the excellent customer service afforded me during my stay in Istanbul. I can honestly say that I have not experienced this high level of care in the USA.

Dreadful experience, no communication with customers, promise a time and don't bother telling you if its late or you cant be fitted in. Waited 3 hours yesterday and a further hour today. This was the most expensive quote I received. I thought id get a high level of service for the price, definitely not the case. Save your money and go cheaper. It's all the same, however Cannon and Sewwal were angels.

The biggest problem that your staff lost any interest to the patient after the patient paid money. The relationship was changed after payment. And also noone of staff want to try to sort out small teath problem and provide any information after payment. I begged to claen my teeth and have a look a potential problem teath (at this moment I have a problem with it). Why I should begged for any service? I pay money for it
My wife was done one teath twice and noone was successful. She still has problem with it. Yes, she could visit clinic and sort out it again as free but it is not easy and not free to visit clinic which locates abroad.
Another problem with poor communication, their level of English not enough to communicate freely.
Probably that kind of service is acceptable for people from countries where there is no dental service at all. We had much better level of service for that sum of money. It possible that next we will choose Moldova for medical treatment.
So, we are not satisfied with service was provided for us by clinic

I've been orthodontics treatment with Dt. Öznur Özçetin and her assistant Zehra Kamacı since December 2025 at Esnan Beylikdüzü. They are amazing team. Kind, patient, knowledgeable, coordinated. I'm very happy meet to them. Truly suggest who want to orthodontics treatment but have doubt. Dt. Öznur is a realy professional and she explains what will happen realistic perspective and spesificly. Also very kind and coordinated all workers of Beylikdüzü location's. Overall they are organized have clear and easy communication and clean dental clinic.

I am really pleased with Esnan Clinics, i have been coming to this place for several years now for my teeth treatment. This year i got to meet dr Cihat Önder amd his assistant Deniz which were great. I am really happy amd greatful with their profesionalism. I deffinitly recommend them !!!

I visited the clinic from 25-30 of November 24.i was solo but I felt a warm welcome and a support since beginning from Mr Mugdesem, to Doctors Ercan Emrem and M. I am very satisfied with my visit to esnan clinic. My doctor dr duygu and her assistant hafize were very attentive with me. I am so happy about my outcome they explained everything to me every step of the way and made me feel at ease. Also my translator Soundous made me feel very confident because she speaks very well English and is very reassuring, calm and patient and positive. Dr Selin who did my root canal did it perfectly considering my teeth was very damaged. I am so appreciative of Esnan’s welcoming service and the most professional and amazing work.

⭐ 1/5 — A deeply disappointing, UNPROFESSIONAL and distressing experience with Esnan Clinic, Istanbul

I travelled all the way from London to Istanbul to have a simple crown replacement done at Esnan Clinic, and unfortunately, my experience was nothing like what I expected or was promised.

My flight landed around 1am and I was told a driver would be waiting for me at Exit 14. When I arrived, there was no one there — no sign, no driver, nothing. I stood there alone in a foreign country, exhausted after a long flight, waiting for 20–30 minutes. When I finally contacted my representative, the response I received was shockingly unprofessional: “I’ve stayed awake because of you and haven’t slept yet.” This made me feel guilty and uncomfortable, even though I had simply followed their instructions. The driver only arrived after another ten minutes. I had paid for this service and treatment.

The drive to the hotel took about half an hour. When I arrived, it was 3:00 a.m., and I was told by the hotel manager that I couldn’t check in until 2:00 p.m. later that day — even though I showed him the booking documents provided by Esnan which were incorrectly booked! I should have been a booked 1 day before. As a solo female traveler, stranded in a strange city in the middle of the night, this situation left me feeling anxious, unsafe, and completely let down.

The hotel manager was kind enough to help me call around, and I eventually found a room elsewhere — but I had to pay €85 out of my own pocket. Disburse after the first inconvenience that the clinic caused me. This was the second inconvenience. It was such an unnecessary ordeal that could have been easily avoided with better organization.

When I went to the clinic, one of the male managers was kind and refunded me for the hotel,(Which you should as you made that huge mistake ) which I appreciated. However, when I asked to change my representative, the female manager for the representative, Sahara Salamat, manager who handled my case was cold, unhelpful, and completely lacked empathy. Her attitude made an already stressful situation even worse. She was very unprofessional and incompetent. I had to contact her to ask when my appointment was on the following day as I had no communication from anybody. She said she would contact me then 20 minutes. 2 hours and a half later she sent the text message and called me to advise me that I need to be ready for the next day. No compensation was given. When I asked for compensation she told me that she can only give me £20 pounds. This is absolutely disgusting and unacceptable.

When I arrive in the UK my mouth had swollen up. When I advised Sahara again she showed no empathy and did not check up on me or ask if I was okay. My doctor prescribed me a course of antibiotics to reduce the swelling for the next week. Since then I have not even had a text message from Sahara! No after care no concerns about your customer. This was evident from my experience with this clinic.

Overall, my experience with Esnan was extremely disappointing, unprofessional, and emotionally draining. With so much unnecessary stress. What should have been a straightforward dental visit turned into a nightmare of poor communication, disorganization, and insensitivity. I truly hope the clinic takes this feedback seriously and learns to treat international patients with the respect, care, and professionalism they deserve.
I would not visit or RECOMMEND you to anyone! You do not deserve even one start. The way you treat your customers has consequences. Treat people like humans and not a number. I only attended this clinic because my uncle recommended it. It was a nightmare from beginning to end.

My RESPONSE to your pathetic response below: you did not offer me a good will gesture of £20 I asked for compensation of £70 and I was told that you can only give me £20 pounds which is absolutely disgusting and a insult especially after putting me through that awful experience. You should be ashamed of yourselves. And after my treatment I was asked to sign two documents which were all in Turkish which are refused to sign until they translated.
You didn't do me a favor by giving me the 85 pounds back. You put me in that situation in the first place so don't act like you did me a favor!
I do not appreciate being messaged to change my rating. I have saved the messages as evidence even though you deleted the messages. I have them. You could not care less about customers just about yourself. This is my experience with your company. Maybe you will learn a lesson to treat customer like humans and not just think about your ratings and making money! The inconvenience and unprofessional service is UNACCEPTABLE!
