Spare part was broken
- Spare part was broken: bad packaging
- Order at eersatzteile.de, but company is in England (e.g. problems due to Brexit in the future?)
- Mails in bad German
- Shipping with DPD: usual problems that DPD / UPS etc. come only on weekdays and the undelivered packages are not stored in stores nearby for pickup: shipping via DHL would be better
- It took a lot of emails to return the package and get the money
- It took 2 weeks for the refund
- very good: I got the whole money back

Spare part washing machine
I had to replace the "Mainboard" of my washing machine after that one was broken. I easily found the needed spare part on the website and I double checked with the compability checker on the web site. The part came within 3 working days (shipment to Germany). After a quick installation the machine is working fine again. Good website, parts are easy to find, absolutely no problems with the payment, quick shipment.
