Missing part details and description
There is definitelly a lot of spare parts, but my experience is that there is no specific information about the them. This is aproblem when idetifying the right item to buy. For example, I ordered a wrong one wich I have to return and order a second one. This means I paid two times the delivery costs.

Absolutely No-go
According to order conditions 4 to 7 days delivery time. Requested after 10 days waiting for delivery - no response to date. Article was delivered in the meantime, but except a confirmation of receipt no answer to my mail. Absolutely unacceptable. Customer service is different! I'll certainly never order here again.
