Das Sie 2 Mal einen falschen Artikel erhalten haben, ist selbstredend sehr ärgerlich.
Allerdings haben wir Ihnen auch , aufgrund unserer Recherche mitgeteilt, dass der zuletzt erhaltene Artikel eigentlich kompatibel zu Ihrem Modell sein müsste. Warum dieser trotzdem nicht passt, muss erst weitläufig geprüft werden, Dieses nimmt etwas Zeit in Anspruch. Deshalb haben wir Sie an den Hersteller direkt verwiesen, um zu ermöglichen, dass passende Produkt schneller zu beziehen.

Dear Sir or Madam, I found the spare part quickly and ordered it. My order was processed and shipped quickly. Only 3 days passed from order to arrival. I installed the spare part immediately, it fits exactly. If I need something again, I'll be the first to look for it here. I can only recommend this website even if the spare part is a bit expensive but quality has its price.

The part, we received was not exactly like that one on the picture. It fitted more or less good. The thing was, there have been two kinds of similar parts and I deceided by the view of the picture, as I looked as a direct replacement. After some not effective adjustments of the original wheels, I replaced the new wheels by the old one of my rusty basket and now it works quite good. Otherwise it always fell off the guides, which was quite annoying. Finally it works good.

never again , Alles großer Bahnhof und nicht angreifbar da in England Zuhause!!! Clevere vera***e.
Did spend a lot of money/and time on the phone, haha numbers are not in service haha
and nobody answers in Germany
did get the wrong item, a broken plastic picture frame instead of a washing maschine belt.
driving to the next post office cost more than on gas than the value of the frame.
since in theie "Law" they asume not broken items in return, it did make no sence to continue. I could see the following argumentation by mail, more lost time .
