Paid for the express service, but no tracking number
Paid for the express service, was promised a tracking number. Though I have been informed that the order has been shipped using DPD, I was never given a tracking number.

Poor Service, incompetent solution!!
The order delivery was incomplete inspite of 100% advance payment. The e mail addressed and the Telefon numbers on the invoice not reachable. Response time via homepage is long and problem solving procedure is not satisfactory. I paid 10Euros for the postage.
Maybe the UK customers have better experience. Probably the Brexit plays the negative role.
After the above review the customer service reacted very fast but in a very complicated way, which is very unprofessional and not satisfactory. The solution offered is:
We have refunded your money for that missing item. Now please reorder that item and after the delivery we will fully refund the 10 Euros postage. Simple solution was to just send me the missing item. Am I wrong??

unable to return my purchase
I bought 2 pieces of this product and wanted to send one of them back because I thought the first one is damaged, but was working good after installation.
I got an email from support with a paper with Address in Netherlands to send the Item back and I sent it back without even opening the package.
After 1 week that i was waiting to get my money back, product was again in my home back and I don't understand what is happening with this company.
also I got an email that my product was not even receiving by espares and i need to wait for 24 days.
It was very funny and I will never try to buy from this provider.

I ordered some parts for my Samsung SbS refrigerator.
The order arrived as promised and the items were as expected.
I replaced the malicious parts and ever since the refirgerator works like a charm.

Item ordered on 2.1.2021, still not arrived.....Its a small part and post delivery longer then 14 days?? Why do you write that you deliver instantly when its not possible.... DPD is not good, maybe you should try DHL....

The spare part was ordered on 2nd of January - with surcharge for fast delivery - despatch on 3rd that sounds great.
However, 10 days after I still have not received the part - that is very bad.
Hence rating: Bad

It is not the same product on your website
In your article description or in the picture you can see exactly that there is a gap for cutlery baskets, the product that you have delivered does not have this gap! So your product doesn't match the picture in your ad on your website

The delivery of the package was really bad
The delivery of the package was really bad. Somehow our address changed during the delivery day from our address to another address in the city. After the package was send back to the distribution Centre we managed to change the delivery into a pick up point! It really costed a lot of effort to receive the package!
So please make sure that your delivery service improves!

I never got my order
I never got my order, because the parcel service couldn't find our adress. I got no information from them and after asking twice the company repaid my money withhout any comment and they held back 10€ for postage, although it wasn't my mistake, because the adress was correct. Dpd sent back my order
