Custom surcharge

The order came with a surcharge of 12,5€ due to custom, on an item paid 30€. Nowhere is mentioned that the item came from outside EU and that could be charged, as it was. Seemed the best price, turned out that it was the worst.
Update: Support agreed to reimburse custom taxes. Changing stars due to this event. Thank you.

Ghost company

Not so bad!

I searched in the your site rubber seal for coffee machine "Silvercrest" ad I found a recommended article from Espares. I received a filter + seal but "De Longhi" not useful for my machine. following my review, the company said it was ready to return my payment, even without receiving the item back. This is good
