Diabolical customer service
I have been waiting since mid December for one item to be delivered. I checked DHL and they haven't been asked to collect it yet. The customer service is automated response and no help. Plus even though it is a .it website they ship from UK Don't use this company.

Excellent delivery poor follow through!!
The delivery was excellent on time and had the article required. Unfortunately the oven it was destined for shorted out dramatically the day before the parcel arrived. So I looked to return said article and this is where the system for the purchaser starts to unravel. It was difficult to find where to return the package and to inform the sender it was coming back. So I cancelled the order as required on their web site and now await instructions......................a few days later I just sent the package back. Hopefully they will return the purchase price

PERFECT product but shipping costs FALSE
The product was JUST PERFECT but I remained highly disappointed from the false offer of a discount in premium shipping expenses (9 instead of 15,99), which actually didn't happen once I completed the order!
