Not the only problem they have but one but damn it would cut their ticket numbers down by 80% if they would fix it.
Edit. Now launcher has broken my csgo mm.
Can not play mm what so ever, cause esportal is somewhere on in invisble state that launches cdgo in untrusted mode.

They banned my good friend @melk from skolemesterskaberne, very bad admins, they are very dumb and Unprofessional, and they also banned @Petsmokes.

Got banned for nothing?

When I got my account, instantly I got banned.
I then contacted support, but their answer was "There is some banned linked accounts to yours, and that is the reason for the ban"

They don't see where the information comes from, because I don't have multiple accounts or something.

But when I told them that, they replied, that there is no way to get the ban lifted.

Now, some of them I play with, use a service to check if the mates they are playing with are banned, and I get commented on that I got banned on Esportal.

I haven't cheated, haven't made multiple accounts, haven't griefed or anything, didnt even had a single game on the portal.
But nothing.

I got scammed for 3 USD. I can't redeem my coupon. Admins don't care. They close my support ticket without a solution. And i can't write another ticket because "too many requests" when I tried only once.
This site is pure scum.

Pay for premium, get banned for 7 days without being toxic. Also get trolled by unprofessional admins. I don't recommend esportal for anyone. Faceit has more toxic players but atleast they don't sound like gays :D

I have been falsely banned for cheating on this website. I have been an avid user of their platform since 2017, and have been paying a prime subscribtion as well. A week ago i was banned for cheating. I appeal the ban, since i have not cheated. Not on Esportal or any other platform for cs. No bans ever recorded. They return with the answer that they have looked into the case and have banned me for 2 years. I am going to cancel my subscribtion ofc, and recommend anyone i know to not ever touch Esportal. I have researched a bit, and see that many other users have been banned for cheating, even tho they report they havent.

Admins har corrupted, they ban people how they want. They have no guidelines and people are not being treated equally.
Avoid this platform at all cost. This is the definition of dictatorship

I'm afraid to announce that playing on this platform was my biggest waste of time ever. This platform has so many mistakes and so many misunderstandings that they are not willing to take care of that it actually hurts. It is obviously based on Poland, Germany and Nordic countries. If you are not from one of those it's a gg for you. Support is completely useless as even a stranger on the streets would help you more and it wouldn't take him 7 hours minimum. Accounts being flagged for smurfing even when they are not. Serious GPU issues when I turned on esportal client for first time that costed me alot of time (and apparently for nothing). 0/10, don't waste your time here and run while you can

Im installed to my pc 3 times in 3 months cause when i install anti cheat softver in my pc, for 30min working on pc i got an bluse screen, thats why im never had a chance for actually playing it...... il change my mind if they fix that..

Site is in such a bad state that the reviews here are falsified by new accounts giving 5 stars...

Admins have been covering up cheaters for years, don't give prizes when they don't feel like it, ban you randomly, refuse to review demos of blatant aimbotters etc...

Just don't waste your time on this platform.

Very bad platform with a lot of corruption. They apply rules however they want and there is no justice.

The administrators do what they feel like and they cheat by NOT handing out prize money and profit distributions. They found me behaving badly when I won a tournament and banned me for 2 weeks and gave me NO winnings even though I won. keep in mind i got banned only after my win, just so they dont pay me.

A very nasty site, ABSOLUTELY DO NOT PLAY THERE.

Väldigt dålig plattform med mycket korruption. De tillämpar regler hur de vill och det finns ingen rättvisa.

Administratörerna gör som de känner för och de fuskar med att dela ut prispengar och vinstutdelningar. De hittade på att jag hade betett mig dåligt när jag vann en turnering och stängde av mig i 2 veckor samt gav INGEN vinst till mig trots att jag vann.

I have been a subscriber for a couple months and decided to cancel my subscription. It did it 2 weeks before my subscription was renewed the 6th of june. When the 5th of june came I was still charged and my subscription not cancelled. I contacted support with the feedback and for a refund, but they said that they "reviewed it with the data and dev team that i didn't cancel." Instead of taking the feedback that their terrible software is broken they just ignore it and give no f*cks.

I hope the 11 euros are worth the bad rep and that I will tell everyone to stay away from your platform 🖕

Servers are decent, but that's it.

I've reviewed demos from every player that won skin prizes in the past year+, out of all of them not a single one has been playing without cheats. Feel free to do the same if you think this is wrong. Look for low fov aimbots and the fact that people always know exactly what the opponents are doing out of no information.

Avoid this platform like it's the plague. Admins have to be allowing this behavior seeing how rampant it is.

Esportal after the Relaunch (Prime user):

First to the good things:

1. The Servers are a blast to play on. No lag, really good connection and they feel great!
2. Most people playing on esportal are quite nice, which is really refreshing. You can hop on and you can even have the absolut s**t game of your life and not get flamed.
3. 1 cheater in like 20 games. That is quite good. (that is for prime queue)

Now to the bad things (and why I will not get a second month prime):

1. The matchmaking is absolutely horrible! I get that there is not a lot of people on the platform, but you can search with anyone (Pro with Gold) and get matched against anything. The games where the matchmaking works and you have an even match are great, but the rest of them... you might aswell afk (if you get matched against people way higher) or shortly stomp (if you are the one that's way to high).

2. There is no queue for new people... WHY?!?! Why do I get people into my games that play the first game? They don't have a rank, they usually flame or just afk and leave. Why isn't there are queue for new people? Or throw them into lower elo, but not into Pro I and II... that's just ridiculous.

3. Maps: Why is there no Cache and Train? I know they are not in the competitive pool, but come on they are tested and really good maps. I am kind of tired of playing Inferno 10 times, then 1 game mirage and then back to inferno.

4. I did 2 games on the non prime queue after sitting over 10 min in queue. And well I cannot say anything good about those. Of course the sample size is quite small, but let's say it this way... it felt like matchmaking in 128 tick. You mute the first guy 2 rounds in, because apparently he knows my mom better than me. 2 Rounds later you mute the rest, followed by some friendly guys massaging your head with led until you fall asleep. So pretty much Matchmaking. You then report them and well check back later... not banned. SAD!

Overall the experience is okayish, but its not worth it in my eyes. Long queue times (10min+) that will only get worse after they end their month of drops. Plus the negatives outweigh the positives by a bunch, if you ask me personally. So esportal is like it was, when it first launched, really cool idea, but its just not quite getting there.
