The staff were attentive and knowledgeable in assessing the problem with my machine. If the turnaround time for the machine repair was more timely, the rating would have been 5 stars.

Best investment ever we love our coffee! Smooth but packing a great punch!

A friend made me an excellent coffee with beans from Espresso Dolce. Later we went to the Langley store which was in a strip mall and looked very unassuming. I only came for the beans so we ignored the serious-looking coffee machines on display, in the front. We got to have a look at the humungous coffee roaster and boxes of freshly roasted beans in the back. The price for a bag of fresh beans was reasonable; then the manager gave us each an extra bag on the house, which was very kind. While drinking my morning coffee just now (with fresh ground Espresso Dolce beans), that reminded me to write this review. In short the place is friendly, professional and the coffee is excellent. Highly recommended by this senior!

Excellent service. Really prefer the welcoming knowledgable service technicians and other staff. Try this place versus going to Competitors in the same area. Worthy of my repeat business.

My machine broke down within the first 2 months and it was serviced very quickly which i was happy about but when i called back to ask what was wrong with the machine- no one returned my call.

When i first purchased the machine the salesman was very helpful and we had a great conversation about travel and the history of coffee.

The beans are amazing.

We were looking to upgrade from our Delonghi Magnifica S but couldn't really tell from searching online what the true plus value of a 1000$ vs. 2000$ vs. 3000$ (vs. even 8000$!) super automatic espresso machine would be. Amin took the time to walk us through the relevant differences and helped us make the right choice. A month out we are so happy with our machine/anniversary gift - if coffee is an important part of your life you can get good guidance here.

Excellent Prompt service - I went to an other well know coffee machine seller just prior to visiting these guys - the other place claimed they likely could not help me as they felt they could not get parts for my brand. They also said they could not even look at it for another 3 weeks......???

Dolce took my machine right away - seemed to know exactly what the problem was - had parts in stock and got my repaired machine back to me in 1 wk - which was even sooner than they told me when i dropped it off. Machine is working great now with no problems. So I am very happy with their service and have already recommended them to friends with similar machines. They will get my business going forward.

These folks are the best and now I always buy our coffee beans here. Their coffee beans are exceptionally fresh, high quality and well priced. I have learned to shop for beans as needed (don’t need to stockpile!). Also we bought our espresso machine and grinder here and service (and maintenance service) has been awesome and their prices are competitive. I don’t need to buy from big box when I can buy local from true coffee experts :). Thanks Espresso Dolce and see you soon when I run out of beans!
