Awesome customer service and sales staff even though I had a major problem with an internal part that was cracked and leaking water they sent me a free replacement part via Priority Mail and the Machine has worked flawlessly ever since I installed the free of charge new part!

We have been customers both for our business and our home machines for many years due to the high standards of this very professional company.

We bought the Gaggia Anima XL Commercial and we're very happy with it. Excellent value for a reasonable investment, brews outstanding coffee, without the need to have really expensive beans. We're mostly buying coffee under 30$/kg. Service was great, delivery on time. On a side note, we assumed that since it was available on the Anima Prestige, the Ground Coffee Bypass feature would also be present in the XL, but it turned out it was not, so you can't use ground coffee. For the past five months, our XL has delivered around 10-12 coffees each day, with no problem so far, we would buy again without hesitation. This machine replaces a Gaggia Platinum Swing Up which probably needs just a hose replacement after 5 years and more than 10000 brew cycles.

Saying that I am pleased is an understatement. I had never ordered from Espresso Dolce, was grabbing at straws. Been looking for Orphea coffee for a while. They were so gracious and helpful. They informed me of the back order and shortage of inventory. The coffee arrived earlier than expected.. And it’s reputation was all true. Great Great coffee. I opened the coffee bag on a special occasion. Everyone loved and appreciated it’s quality. Shall order more for sure and yes with Espresso Dolce. Thank you all. Very professional.
