Can't recommend Radu highly enough. No local repairer would touch my De'Longhi espresso machine due to its age, and usage (22,000 cups) and the fact that I had carried out some repairs on the unit myself, not even the manufacturer themselves. I explained the problems to Radu - brewed espresso was being dumped into the grounds container, rather than going through spouts and the machine would not work if the strong coffee setting was used. He quoted me a price range dependent on what he found and I arranged to ship the unit to Espresso Repair Shop. They carried out the repairs at the lower side of the quoted range and shipped it back. When I received it there was a further problem (possibly due to rough handling during shipping). Radu asked me to ship the unit back so that he could check it out. The new issue was addressed and shipped back to me at no further cost. Radu and his team know their stuff! He is an excellent technician and was happy to explain the problems to me in detail and to answer my questions. Turnaround times were very quick, the repair was well priced and the customer service outstanding. I highly recommend Radu without reservation and won't let anyone else work on my espresso machine.

Highly recommended. They serviced and fixed my Sage Express. It was done quickly and at the agreed price. They were totally upfront on costs and what was included.

Took my much loved Rancillio Silvia in for a service. I’d had the machine for over 20 years and it was starting to leak and show its age. The communication before the service was excellent and the service was carried out in 1 day. I’m absolutely delighted with the results. The leaks have gone and the machine is working like a dream. Took two coffee makers for repair - a Melitta Barista TS-Smart with a blocked grinder. This was repaired the next day and has been working perfectly since. The other was an old La Pavoni Lever coffee maker that needed new seals as it has been stood for years(Having bought the other bean to cup machine.) This took a little longer to fix as the seals neede ordering .First repair £80 and second service/repair £140.. I have a Gaggia Platinum for a service that I will take next. that I'm going to take next
