Taking Advantage of Vulnerable People
This organisation is taking advantage of vulnerable people. My mum has been diagnosed with vascular dementia. Unknown to me, my mum has been paying for and receiving items from this company and said she'd tried to stop them but they didn't listen. I sent an email requesting cancellation of the subscription back in April and they still continue. I've now emailed them and if this is not resolved immediately I'll be going to Trading Standards and reporting to them Action Fraud for them to investigate. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING from this company!!!!!!!!!

I tried to cancel immediately after clicking on button and they said they would reverse and cancel as long as I did 1 time purchase. NOT TRUE. They also claim I click on rush shipping which I did not. And another saying I clicked on 3 trials which I did not. SCAM all the way.

Complete Hoax and scam
I was charged 2x for the free trial, then charged 3x for a monthly subscription - I blocked my credit card and commenced fraud investigations - all charges were refunded to me (close to $800) so I thought that was the end - I got a new credit card and have just found out I have been charged another 3 subscription fees $175 each) over $500 just in May alone - I don't know how they got my new credit card no or how they can keep charging me for something I haven't received - I only ever received the initial tester which is horrible and smells like stale olive oil - absolutely appalled I can't afford to keep paying these scammers and to keep having my credit card blocked and reissued …. They keep deleting my posts on FB which indicates they are dodgy but I’ll keep putting up reviews and comments when I can until I get my money back and they stop charging me every month..

The entire ordering process was a debacle. The original order was cancelled after 4 days saying payment was refunded. As of today, 6 days post order payment has not been refunded to my American Express card.

TOTAL SCAM & NO WAY OF COMMUNICATION
They send you the items late without a return address sending you other items you didn’t order. Their call centres are not even registered according to my provider and you need a code to return. Their Facebook page is rife with others who’ve been SCAMMED so much so they’ve had to cancel their bank cards.
I’m response to the company’s comment below I’ve ATTEMPTED TO CONTACT YOU FOR DAYS. I WANT NOTHING ELSE TO DO WITH YOU. One lady is out for a great deal of money. I spoke to her maybe you should also.
